近年来，网络的普及拓展了新的沟通渠道，许多曾经难以登堂入室大众传播领域的话语都踏上了信息高速公路的旅程。网络成为了建立言论公共空间的平台，使每个人都能够成为一个自由发布和接收消息的 “自媒体”，打破了传统媒体的话语霸权，让价值观、交流场所、话语方式的多元化成为了可能，与传统媒体相比较而言，显示出 了中国社会更丰富更真实更全面的话语风貌，更多的草根思想和话语由此进入了我们的视线。本文选取了流氓话语、反智主义、恶搞主义、审丑风潮这四个方面当下网络话语比较突出的特征来呈现和初步分析了这些现象的成因和意义，比较了它们相对于传统媒体形态下的单一话语方式的区别和可取之处，以阐明网络话语自 由与开放的特点是具有诸多进步意义的，不应当在成长期予以过多限制和封杀。

As the internet created a new means of communication, the utterance which can never be shown up came out on the web stepping into the journey of "Internet Highway"in recent years.It is the internet who established a space of public opinion,where normal guys can express and broadcast themselves .In that case, the web user can be called "We Media",by which everybody gets rid of the control of traditional communication way and multiplied the values, communication places and the way of utterance. Comparing with the traditional way, the communication on internet shows the true face of communication in China society and we insight the mass, normal even grass boot thinking and utterance thoroughly and clearly. The thesis choose four abstractly features:hooliganism,anti-intellectualism,Internet Hacking，harlequin esthetics to show and analysis course and meaning of them and exhibit the advantages of free and opening by web communication. By all above, the development of internet has not mature yet, so it is too early to limit while let it grow.
