本文以《国际商务汉语教程》为例，探究商务汉语教材所涉法律题材，并提出针对法律题材的编写建议，旨在于促进法律题材与商务汉语学科粘合性，推动商务汉语教材内容体例更加科学合理，促进学习者商务汉语实践能力的提升，促进商务汉语教材编排更加科学实用。本文首先运用文献研究法对商务汉语教材中法律题材编写原则以及商务汉语教材内容法律题材内容编写现状展开研究，而后运用案例分析法对《国际商务汉语教程》中生词与练习体现的相关法律题材的现有状况与不足作出了分析。经研究，本文得出的结论为：对于商务汉语教材法律题材生词与练习部分的编写可以借鉴ESP理论中的原则对其内容选取进行统摄，对现有不适宜的部分进行调整，增加中外法律文化对比阅读，整体上对法律题材部分予以更新完善。

This article takes the International Business Chinese Course as an example to explore the legal topics involved in business Chinese textbooks, and proposes suggestions for writing legal topics, with the aim of promoting the adhesion between legal topics and the business Chinese subject, promoting a more scientific and reasonable content style of business Chinese textbooks, promoting the improvement of learners' practical skills in business Chinese, and promoting a more scientific and practical arrangement of business Chinese textbooks. This paper first uses the literature research method to study the principles of writing legal topics in business Chinese textbooks and the current situation of writing legal topics in business Chinese textbooks, and then uses the case study method to analyse the current situation and shortcomings of the legal topics reflected in the vocabulary and exercises in the International Business Chinese Course. The paper concludes that the legal topics in the Chinese for Business textbook can be written with reference to the principles of ESP theory, and the existing inappropriate parts can be adjusted.
