长久以来人们普遍重视智能的发展,希望自身或下一代有着较高水平的智能,并想要通过一定的手段去提高智能水平,之前也有不少研究证明了运动能够增强记忆力、提高注意力、缓解抑郁症状,因此有关运动对人的智能是否有一定的关系这一话题吸引了许多专家的关注。而大学生作为国家未来发展的中坚力量,其智能的发展在一定程度上影响着国家的发展,随着多元智能理论的提出,我们得知智能有着更深层次的含义,不单单指人的数学、逻辑智能,还包括诸如空间智能、人际智能、运动智能等,因此对一个人的评价不应只关注其数学、逻辑智能的高低,还应全面综合其各方面智能的发展来进行评述。本文则针对这一理念的发展,来探索运动参与和大学生多元智能的关系,并以期可以为大学生的智能发展提出相应的建议。
本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,采用美国著名心理学家布莱顿·希勒(Branton Shearer)博士设计的多元智能发展测评量表,以北京师范大学的三自课堂上非体育专业的本科生作为调查对象进行量表的发放。通过Excel和SPSS20.0软件对收集上来的281个有效样本进行数据统计分析,运用T检验、单因素分析、事后检验、相关关系分析等方法进行验证。
通过数据分析发现:(一)在八种维度之间的相关关系中,除音乐智能和自然智能之间的相关性不显著外,其余七个智能之间的相关性均显著,且普遍存在中低度相关关系;(二)经常参加运动的学生在各个智能方面普遍高于不参加运动的学生,并具有显著性差异;(三)男生的运动、逻辑、空间智能均值水平高于女生的运动、逻辑、空间智能均值水平,并具有显著差异;(四)参加运动的经常性在运动智能方面具有显著差异;(五)理工科类专业的学生有着显著的优势智能;(六)参加集体项目和个人项目的学生在空间智能方面的表现有着显著差异。

Since ancient times, people have generally attached importance to the development of intelligence. Everyone wants to have a higher level of intelligence, and wants to improve the level of intelligence through certain means. Previous studies have also proved that exercise can enhance memory, improve attention, and alleviate Depressive symptoms, so the topic of whether sports have a certain relationship with people's intelligence has attracted the attention of many experts. As the backbone of the country's future development, the development of intelligence affects the development of the country to a certain extent. With the introduction of the theory of multiple intelligences, we know that intelligence has a deeper meaning, not just the mathematics and logic of human beings. Intelligence, including space intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, sports intelligence, etc., so the evaluation of a person should not only focus on the level of its mathematical intelligence, but also comprehensively integrate the development of its various aspects of intelligence to comment. This paper focuses on the development of this concept to probe the connection between sports participation and the development of multiple intelligences of college students, so that students can not only participate in sports, maintain a healthy body, but also promote the level of intelligence in all aspects, and hope to propose correspondingly for the intelligent development of college students. Suggestions.
This study uses the literature data method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method, using the famous intelligence development scale of the famous American psychologist Dr. Branton Shearer, and the undergraduate course of Beijing Normal University. The birth of the scale is performed as an object. Through statistical analysis of 281 valid samples collected by Excel and SPSS20.0 software, T-test, single factor analysis, post-test and correlation analysis were used to verify.
Through data analysis, it is found that: (1) In the correlation between the eight dimensions, except for the correlation between music intelligence and natural intelligence is not significant, the correlation between the other seven intelligences is significant and widespread. (2) Students who regularly participate in sports are generally higher in intelligence than those who do not participate in sports, and have significant differences; (3) the average level of sports, logic, and spatial intelligence of boys is higher than that of girls. Logic, spatial intelligence mean level, and significant differences; (d) the regularity of participation in sports has significant differences in sports intelligence; (5) students of science and engineering majors have significant advantages and intelligence; (6) participate in collective projects and Individual project students have significant differences in their spatial intelligence.
