集体备课作为中国特有的备课形式,是新中国成立以来学校工作的普遍方法。在新中国成立初期师资力量不足的情况下集体备课方式对新中国初期基础教育的发展起到了有效作用,促进了教师发展和学校发展。进入新世纪以来,随着经济和社会的发展,我国大力开展课程改革,集体备课形式受到一定的质疑。本文就现有关于集体备课的文献进行了研究,充分分析了集体备课的现状,在分析集体备课的现状情况下,以盘锦市P中的一个历史备课小组为研究对象,开展了集体备课的行动研究。通过问卷、访谈等形式在行动研究前充分调研P中集体备课现状;在充分调研的基础上总结P中现有集体备课中存在的问题,收集P中历史教师的意见,制定行动方案,在备课组内进行了有效的分工和合作。研究者制定了集体备课的合理化方案、开展任务分配,将关于重难点、专业知识、高考题、教学反思、课程标准五个方面的任务分配落实到教师个人。通过一轮行动研究后,对参与行动研究的教师进行访谈,评估行动研究的效果,并得出相关结论:合理的集体备课有利于教师成长和团队建设;不同年龄的教师均有较高的动机;应有效利用并激发成员的参与动机;应了解成员的目的性;集体备课受到外部环境的影响等。本次行动研究周期较短,研究还需深入;研究范围不够大,代表性有限;集体备课方案还需进一步完善。本次行动研究中还遇到各种问题,如学校琐碎工作的冲击、教师队伍良莠不齐、教师备课资源不充分、专门分工与个人全面发展的矛盾、如何处理集体备课与个体备课的关系、集体备课评价、激励难。
本研究尚不能对这些问题一一解答,但可提供一种个性化的集体备课行动研究方法,供同行借鉴。

Collective lesson preparation, as a unique form of lesson preparation in China, has been a common method of school work since the founding of new China.In the early years of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the collective lesson preparation method played an effective role in the development of basic education in the early years of the People's Republic of China and promoted the development of teachers and schools.Since entering the new century, with the development of economy and society, China has vigorously carried out curriculum reform, and the form of collective lesson preparation has been questioned to some extent.Based on the existing literature on collective lesson preparation, this paper makes a full analysis of the current situation of collective lesson preparation. Based on the analysis of the current situation of collective lesson preparation, a historical lesson preparation group in P of panjin city is taken as the research object to carry out an action study on collective lesson preparation.The current situation of collective lesson preparation in P was fully investigated before action research by means of questionnaire and interview.On the basis of full investigation, problems existing in the existing collective lesson preparation in P were summarized, opinions of history teachers in P were collected, action plans were formulated, and effective division of labor and cooperation were carried out in the lesson preparation group.The researcher formulated the rationalized plan of collective lesson preparation, carried out task allocation, and implemented the task allocation of the five aspects of key and difficult points, professional knowledge, college entrance examination questions, teaching reflection, and curriculum standards into the individual teachers.After a round of action research, teachers involved in action research were interviewed to evaluate the effect of action research, and relevant conclusions were drawn: rational collective lesson preparation is conducive to the growth of teachers and team building;Teachers of different ages have higher motivation;The participation motivation of members should be effectively utilized and stimulated.The purpose of members should be understood;Collective lesson preparation is influenced by the external environment.This action research cycle is short, the research needs to be in-depth;The research scope is not large enough and the representativeness is limited.The collective lesson preparation plan needs to be further improved.This action research also encountered various problems, such as the impact of trivial work in schools, the uneven quality of the teacher team, insufficient resources for teacher lesson preparation, the contradiction between specialized division of labor and the overall development of individuals, how to deal with the relationship between collective lesson preparation and individual lesson preparation, the difficulty of collective lesson preparation evaluation and motivation.This study can not answer these questions one by one, but can provide a personalized collective lesson preparation action research method for peer reference. |
