旅游行业是尼泊尔的重要行业之一。根据尼泊尔旅游局的数据，今年（2019）的2月份有16205名中国游客到尼泊尔旅游，比去年2月份的数据高5.27%。这些中国游客在尼泊尔多数会接触到汉语导游。为了了解中国游客对尼泊尔汉语导游的服务是否满意以及有什么意见和建议，本文通过微信，用随机方式，发放调查问卷，调查了95位来尼泊尔旅游的中国游客，了解他们对尼泊尔汉语导游语言水平、导游解说服务、导游行为和其他服务的看法。调查表明大部分游客对尼泊尔导游服务满意。但也提出了一些意见，认为尼泊尔导游应该提高语言水平，多了解中尼的文化、习俗、自然风景、气候、民族、名胜古迹等各方面的知识，尼泊尔导游带团的时候不应抽烟与喝酒，车上少睡觉。购物的时候游客不需要的话，不必陪同等等。文章的最后提出了一些提高尼泊尔汉语导游服务水平的意见和建议。

Tourism industry is one of the major industries in Nepal. According to the recent data of Nepal Tourism Board,16205 numbers of Chinese tourists visit in February 2019, which is 5.27% more than last year February. Most of the Chinese guests keep in touch with Chinese tourist guide. In order to understand whether Chinese guests are satisfied or not satisfied with Chinese guides service, random selection method has been used, 95 Chinese guests have been surveyed. This survey helps for understanding language level, briefing service and behavior of the Chinese guide. According to survey most of the guests are satisfied but they suggest Chinese guide to improve language level, to broaden the knowledge of Chinese and Nepalese culture, tradition, customs, climate, scenic beauty, cultural monuments etc. Besides they still suggest Nepalese guide not to drink alcohol, not to do smoking, not to sleep at the bus during working hour. Guide must not accompany guests if they do not need his/her accompany. In order to improve their service, some suggestions and recommendations have been given.
