教育资源的差距不仅体现在公立学校中,也体现在教育培训机构中,如何让欠发达地区的孩子们也享受到优质的教育资源?无论是公立学校还是教育培训机构都纷纷进行了尝试,双师课堂是一个非常不错的选择。教育培训机构由于有竞争的压力,其有极强的创新动机和业务拓展动机,对双师课堂的推广也更加积极,那么当前教育培训机构中的双师课堂到底是一个怎样的现状呢?它又有着怎样的效果和优势?这篇文章以X培训学校为例,主要通过观察法、访谈法和问卷调查法展开个案研究。X培训学校的双师课堂依靠科技支持,采用大班授课、小班教学,线上和线下相结合的形式,将“教”和“学”分开、“教”和“育”分开,分工意味着更加专业化和细致化,又依靠主讲老师和辅导老师的相互分工配合,将整个课堂的教学质量、教学效果及课后服务效果最大化,使其获得了学生、家长及老师的高度认同。 在双师课堂中,辅导老师实际上比主讲老师扮演了更加重要的角色,因为主讲老师只负责讲课,而辅导老师负责学生的全部,这使得辅导老师跟学生和家长有更高的亲密度,这种亲密度来自于课上和课下他们之间高频次的互动沟通。而且在课堂中老师是学生学习的最大影响因素,因此无论是主讲老师还是辅导老师都应不断提升自身素质,做一个非常优秀的老师……双师课程目前正处于初步发展阶段,还存在知识内容缺乏本地化内容、辅导老师自主权较少、成本高昂等问题,但随着时间的推移、科技的发展等,这些问题会被不断的解决,双师课堂会成为未来教育发展的一个新趋势。 |

The gap in educational resources is not only reflected in public schools, but also in educational and training institutions. How can children in underdeveloped areas enjoy quality educational resources? Both public schools and educational training institutions have tried, and the dual-teacher classroom is a very good choice. Due to the pressure of competition, educational and training institutions have strong motivation for innovation and business development, and are more active in promoting the dual-teacher classroom. So what is the current situation of the dual-teacher classroom in educational and training institutions? What are its effects and advantages? Taking X training school as an example, this paper mainly conducts case studies through the methods of observation, interview and questionnaire. Double X training school classroom relying on scientific and technological support, use large class, small class teaching, the form of a combination of online and offline, separate "teaching" and "learning", "teaching" and "education", division of labor means to become more professional and meticulous, and rely on the master teacher and tutor of the division of labor cooperation each other, the whole classroom teaching quality, teaching effect and after service effect maximization, make its get the height of the students, parents and teachers. In the dual-teacher classroom, the tutor actually plays a more important role than the teacher, because the teacher is responsible for teaching, while the tutor is responsible for all aspects of the students,This allows tutors to have a higher degree of intimacy with students and parents, which comes from the high frequency of their interactions in and out of class. What's more, teachers are the biggest influence factors on students' learning in class. Therefore, both the main teacher and the guidance teacher should constantly improve their own quality and become a very good teacher... At present, the dual-teacher curriculum is in the preliminary development stage, and there are still problems such as the lack of localized knowledge content, the lack of autonomy of tutors, and the high cost. However, with the development of time and technology, these problems will be continuously solved, and the dual-teacher classroom will become a new trend in the development of education in the future. |
