人际关系是大学生生活的重要组成部分。人际交往能力体现个体在人际关系中的效能与技巧，人际期望代表个体在人际关系中的预期和愿望，人际关系满意感反映个体对人际关系的主观感受和评价，三者都是衡量人际关系质量的重要标准。本研究通过对大学生人际交往能力、人际期望和人际关系满意感的相关分析和回归分析，得出了三个变量之间的相关和预测关系。结果显示：(1)大学生人际交往能力总体较高，人际自我和他人期望也较高，人际关系满意感总体上也较高；(2)大学生的人际交往能力与人际期望负相关；(3)大学生的人际交往能力与人际关系满意感正相关；(4)大学生的人际自我期望与人际关系满意感的满意维度正相关；(5)人际交往能力和人际自我期望对大学生的人际关系满意感有预测作用。

Interpersonal relationship is an important part of college students' life. People skills reflect the interpersonal relationship of an individual in the performance and skills; interpersonal expectations represent the individual in interpersonal relationships in the expectations and aspirations; and interpersonal satisfaction reflects interpersonal relationship of an individual with the subjective feelings and evaluation. The three are of the important criteria on measuring the quality of interpersonal relationships. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of people skills, interpersonal expectation and interpersonal satisfaction, the relationship between the three variables is obtained. The results show that: (1) the level of people skills of college students is generally high, the interpersonal self and others expectations are also high, and the interpersonal satisfaction is also high in general; (2) college students' level of people skills is negatively correlated with interpersonal expectation; (3) people skills and interpersonal satisfaction is positively related; (4) the interpersonal self-expectation of college students is positively related to the satisfaction-dimension of interpersonal satisfaction; (5) people skills and interpersonal self-expectations have a predictive effect on college students' interpersonal satisfaction.
