习近平总书记就如何深化大中小学思政课一体化建设作出重要指示,明确指出要“将统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设作为一项重要工程”。近年来,大中小学思政课一体化建设日益深入,法治教育作为思政课的重要组成部分之一,法治教育一体化教学也受到极大关注。初中道德与法治课是初中生法治教育的主阵地和主渠道,对于提升青少年法治素养,増强全民法治观念和法律信仰,筑牢全面依法治国的坚实根基有着举足轻重的作用。 本文主要研究大中小思政课一体化视域中初中思政课法治观念的培育。首先,以大中小思政课一体化建设为重要目标导向,厘清大中小思政课一体化建设、法治观念、初中思政课中的法治观念等核心概念。以马恩法治观中的法治教育理念、习近平关于思政课法治观念培育的重要论述、青少年法治教育大纲作为文章的理论依据,阐明理论研究的基础和重要性。第二章在分析初中开展法治教育教学情况的基础上,归纳大中小思政课一体化视域中初中思政课法治观念培育存在的主要问题,包括教师法治教育一体化教学意识和能力欠缺、教学内容与其相邻学段存在重叠或间断、学生学习兴趣不足且效果欠佳等,而出现这些问题的原因有教师法治专业知识不足且缺乏跨学段交流、教学资源碎片化且缺乏系统性、教学目标尚未分层设定及优化整合、教学方法缺乏多样性和契合性、教学评价体系有待健全和完善。第三章从增强法治教育一体化教学意识、统筹规划教学内容、优化整合教学目标、创新改进教学方法、健全完善评价机制等角度出发,为初中这个具有衔接意义的学段提出关于一体化背景下如何培育法治观念的针对性策略。基于具体策略,第四章以初中教材中《我国的根本政治制度》一课为例将提出的解决策略落实在教学案例的具体实践中。通过以上研究,阐明大中小思政课一体化视域中初中思政课法治观念培育中存在的问题,分析其原因并寻找解决策略。 |

In recent years, the integration construction of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools has been deepening. As one of the important components of ideological and political courses, the integrated teaching of legal education has also received great attention. The moral and Rule of law course in junior high school is the main front and main channel of the rule of law education for junior high school students, which plays a pivotal role in enhancing the rule of law literacy of young people, enhancing the rule of law concept and legal belief of the whole people, and building a solid foundation for comprehensively governing the country according to law. This paper mainly studies the cultivation of rule of law concept of middle school ideological and political lessons in the integration construction. First of all, with the integration construction of ideological and political courses in large and small schools as an important goal orientation, clarify the core concepts such as the integration construction of ideological and political courses in large and small schools, the concept of rule of law, and the concept of rule of law in junior high school ideological and political courses. The second chapter, based on the analysis of the legal education and teaching in junior middle schools, summarizes the main problems existing in the cultivation of the legal concept of junior middle school ideological and political courses in the construction of the integration of ideological and political courses, including the lack of teachers' awareness and ability of the integrated teaching of legal education, the overlap or discontinuity of teaching content with neighboring sections, the lack of students' interest in learning and poor effect, etc. The reasons for these problems include the lack of teachers' legal expertise and cross-section communication, the fragmentation and lack of systematic teaching resources, the lack of hierarchical setting and optimization of teaching objectives, the lack of diversity and compatibility of teaching methods, and the need to improve and perfect the teaching evaluation system. Chapter three puts forward targeted strategies on how to cultivate the concept of rule of law under the background of integration from the perspectives of enhancing the integrated teaching consciousness of rule of law education, overall planning of teaching content, optimizing integrated teaching objectives, innovating and improving teaching methods, and perfecting the evaluation mechanism. Based on specific strategies, the fourth chapter takes the lesson "The Fundamental Political System of Our Country" in junior middle school textbooks as an example to implement the proposed solution strategies in the concrete practice of teaching cases. Through the above research, this paper elucidated the problems existing in the cultivation of the rule of law concept of middle school ideological and political courses in the integration construction of large and small schools, analyzed the reasons and sought solutions. |
