我国服刑人员未成年子女数量庞大。父母服刑对儿童造成的心理伤害是巨大的，具体表现为自我评价偏低、情绪情感消极、过分敏感等，对儿童的发展和福祉造成长期不良影响。2020年民政部《关于做好服刑在押和强制戒毒人员事实无人抚养未成年子女关爱保障工作的通知》提出“引入专业社会组织和青少年事务社工，提供心理疏导、情感抚慰等专业服务，培养健康心理和健全人格”的指示。因此，研究社会工作对于服刑人员未成年子心理问题的干预方法和效果，对于提升困境儿童福祉、丰富社会工作本土实践都具有重要意义。

本研究选取X市Y社工机构作为案例，通过对Y机构主要负责人、一线社会工作者、服务对象、其他相关方（主要照料人、邻居等）的深度访谈和参与式观察搜集数据，基于案例数据的分析，探讨社会工作干预服刑人员未成年子女心理问题的方法和效果。主要的研究发现如下。首先，受父母服刑事件、与事件相关的独特文化环境、资源限制等影响，农村散居儿童面临的主要心理问题包括恐惧、不安全感、敏感心理、对外界退缩、自卑自闭、仇恨等。其次，Y社工机构的干预方法主要为家庭干预和多元整合干预两种方法，其中后者具体包括：长期个案管理式干预、营会式小组干预、公共参与增能。最后，社工干预前后服务对象的心理状态、外化行为均体现出不同的转变，该机构的干预方法在心理社会适应状态、心理弹性两个评价维度上有差异化的改善效果。

There are huge numbers of children with incarcerated parents(CIP) in China. The psychological harm caused by parental incarceration can be overwhelming to children, characterized by low self-evaluation, negative emotions, oversensitivity to the outside, etc. Which have detrimental long-term effects on the growth and well-being of children. The Chinese government has published a document demanding "introducing social groups and youth social workers to provide professional services like counseling and emotional comfort, for the improvements of psychological conditions and personality development of CIP".Therefore, it is of great significance to study the methods and effects of social work intervention withe regard to the mental health issues of CIP, and to improve the well-being of disadvantaged children and enrich the local practice of social work.

By taking the Y social work agency in city X as a research case, this research

Collected data from the manager of Y agency, social workers, clients, and other relevant parties (major carers, neighbors, etc.)through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The main finding in discussing the methods and effects of social work intervention regarding to the mental health issues of CIP are as follows:

Firstly, Affected by parental incarceration, and the ensuing special cultural environment and a lack of resources, CIP scattered on the city’s rural areas may have mental problems like fear, insecurity, sensitivity, withdrawal, low self-esteem, and hatred.

Secondly, There are four main intervention methods of Y social work agency: family support intervention and pluralistic methods like long-term case management, campsite group work, and public participation empowerment.

Lastly, There are transitions of the psychological state and behavior of the clients in the two dimensions of psychological social adaptation and psychological resilience before and after the intervention of Y agency, the intervention of Y agency has positive effects in the two dimensions above.
