随着北京市联合张家口市成功申办2022年冬奥会,北京市开始大力发展中小学校园冰球运动,并为此从2013年起开始举办一年一次的冰球校际联赛,这一联赛经过几年的发展,规模逐年扩大,不断是参赛学校还是参赛人数都呈几何增长,可见冰球运动项目在北京市的发展方兴未艾。而在这5次比赛中,史家小学冰球队都获得了冠军,那么史家小学队取胜的原因到底是什么呢,如果能够通过相关研究总结出其夺冠的原因,那么对于北京市其他小学冰球队的来说具有十分重要的指导意义。为此,本文对史家小学冰球队校际联赛夺冠原因及启示进行分析,为其他小学冰球队的发展提供经验借鉴。
本文在对国内外研究现状进行阐述基础上,通过对2017赛季1/8比赛、1/4比赛以及总决赛录像进行反复的观看,对联赛涉及的各个队的阵容结构,技战术、运动队文化以及“家校合作”这4个因素进行了分析,发现在阵容结构上,各队体能相差不大。史家小学比赛与教练经验极其丰富,不逊于任何其他学校。在技战术上,各队的技术与战术水平都相差不大。但史家小学对比赛规则十分熟悉,因此偶尔出于意料获胜。在运动队文化上,史家小学冰球队具有非常优秀的文化。最后,只有史家小学采用的是先进的“家校合作”管理模式,在这种模式下,学校和学校通力合作,无微不至的给予队员们的关心呵护,各种帮助,使他们快速成长。综上可见,史家小学冰球队校际联赛夺冠的原因主要是丰富的比赛经验、强大的心理素质、优秀的教练员、知道如何合理运用规则、优秀的运动队文化以及先进的“家校合作”管理模式,为此,其他学校要想在比赛中获得更好的学习,有必要加强冰球运动员的心理训练,建立教练员技能和素质培训体系,充分发挥当前的比赛规则并且对相关的人力资源加以整合,不断对整个培养模式进行创新。

With the city of Beijing with the Zhangjiakou's successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics, Beijing city began to develop the campus hockey schools, and therefore began to hold an annual intercollegiate Hockey League from 2013 onwards, the League after several years of development, the scale has expanded each year, has been participating schools or number of entries in geometric growth. The ice hockey project in the development of Beijing City, just unfolding. But in the 5 games, historians primary school ice hockey team won the championship, so what is the reason of historians primary school team to win it, if we can through relevant research, summed up the title, it has a very important significance for Beijing city's other primary school ice hockey team. For this reason, this article analyzes the reasons and the Enlightenment of the winners of the primary school ice hockey team and inter school league, and provides experience for the development of other primary ice hockey teams.
In this paper, the research status at home and abroad are described on the basis of repeated through the 2017 season to watch 1/8 games, 1/4 games and finals video, each team lineup structure for the League involved, these 4 factors and tactics of sports team culture and the "home school cooperation" for the analysis, found in the lineup the structure, physical teams have little difference. The historian elementary school competition and coach experience is extremely rich, not inferior to any other school. In technical and tactical, the technical and tactical level of each team is very different. But the historian elementary school is very familiar with the rules of the game, and so occasionally out of expectation. In the culture of the sports team, the ice hockey team of the historian elementary school has a very excellent culture. Finally, only the historian primary school adopts the advanced management mode of "home school cooperation". Under this mode, schools and schools work together to give every member's care and help, and help them grow rapidly. Therefore, why historians of ice hockey team won the league's primary school school is mainly rich competition experience, strong psychological quality, excellent coaches and know how to make rational use of rules, outstanding sports team culture and the advanced "home school cooperation" management mode, therefore, other schools in order to get better in game learning it is necessary to strengthen the psychological training of ice hockey players, to establish the skills and quality of training system, the rational use of rules and the effective integration of social resources and parents, innovation training mode of ice hockey.
