随着北京市联合张家口市成功申办2022年冬奥会，北京市开始大力发展中小学校园冰球运动，并为此从2013年起开始举办一年一次的冰球校际联赛，这一联赛经过几年的发展，规模逐年扩大，不断是参赛学校还是参赛人数都呈几何增长，可见冰球运动项目在北京市的发展方兴未艾。而在这5次比赛中，史家小学冰球队都获得了冠军，那么史家小学队取胜的原因到底是什么呢，如果能够通过相关研究总结出其夺冠的原因，那么对于北京市其他小学冰球队的来说具有十分重要的指导意义。为此，本文对史家小学冰球队校际联赛夺冠原因及启示进行分析，为其他小学冰球队的发展提供经验借鉴。 本文在对国内外研究现状进行阐述基础上，通过对2017赛季1/8比赛、1/4比赛以及总决赛录像进行反复的观看，对联赛涉及的各个队的阵容结构，技战术、运动队文化以及“家校合作”这4个因素进行了分析，发现在阵容结构上，各队体能相差不大。史家小学比赛与教练经验极其丰富，不逊于任何其他学校。在技战术上，各队的技术与战术水平都相差不大。但史家小学对比赛规则十分熟悉，因此偶尔出于意料获胜。在运动队文化上，史家小学冰球队具有非常优秀的文化。最后，只有史家小学采用的是先进的“家校合作”管理模式，在这种模式下，学校和学校通力合作，无微不至的给予队员们的关心呵护，各种帮助，使他们快速成长。综上可见，史家小学冰球队校际联赛夺冠的原因主要是丰富的比赛经验、强大的心理素质、优秀的教练员、知道如何合理运用规则、优秀的运动队文化以及先进的“家校合作”管理模式，为此，其他学校要想在比赛中获得更好的学习，有必要加强冰球运动员的心理训练，建立教练员技能和素质培训体系，充分发挥当前的比赛规则并且对相关的人力资源加以整合，不断对整个培养模式进行创新。
