一个完整的作答情境判断测验的过程可以分为三步,首先是阅读题干中的情境,其次根据自己的心理解释理解情境,最后通过自己已有的知识和经验进行作答。以往的研究只把重点放在了最后一步的作答结果上,但其实对情境的阅读、理解也是很重要的过程。本文首先简单介绍了情境判断测验,其次重点阐述了情境理解这一概念以及相关研究,并结合媒介丰富度理论,探讨情境丰富度对情境判断测验分数的影响,并进一步探究了影响的加工机制——情境理解与标准识别的链式中介作用。研究共招募20718岁以上的被试,通过操纵情境丰富度进行线上被试间实验,要求其作答情境判断测验并在每道题目之后进行情境理解的量表评分,随后测量其认知能力以及标准识别程度。结果表明,情境丰富度对认知能力与情境理解之间的调节作用显著,对认知能力与标准识别之间的调节作用也显著;当情境信息丰富时,认知能力高的群体能够更正确地理解情境从而更准确地识别出考察标准;同样,当情境信息丰富时,认知能力高的群体能够更正确地理解情境从而获得更高的情境判断测验分数。

本研究完整细致地测量了被试作答情境判断测验的过程,从人和情境的角度共同出发,探究情境判断测验的影响机制,为情境判断测验的开发与发展都提供了一定的启发与推动作用。

In recent years, the situational judgment test has become a very popular evaluation tool in the field of personnel selection. It aims to measure knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics related to job performance. It is favored by various enterprises and employers due to its advantages of low development cost, large scale of testability, and good prediction validity. The research on situational judgment tests at home and abroad is too numerous to mention. Recently, scholars have expanded the scope of their research, and are no longer confined to the question of answering results and validity of situational judgment tests, but focusing on one aspect of answering situational judgment tests. the whole process.

The process of a complete answering situational judgment test can be divided into three steps. The first is to read the situation in the question stem, the second is to understand the situation according to one's own psychological explanation, and finally the answer is based on one's own knowledge and experience. Previous studies only focused on the answer results of the last step, but in fact, reading and understanding of the situation is also a very important process. This article first briefly introduces the contextual judgment test, and then focuses on the concept of contextual understanding and related research, combined with media richness theory, explores the influence of contextual richness on the scores of contextual judgment test, and further explores the processing mechanism of the impact— —The intermediary effect of contextual understanding and standard identification. A total of 207 subjects over the age of 18 were recruited in the study to conduct online inter-subject experiments by manipulating context richness. They were required to answer the context judgment test and score the contextual understanding scale after each question, and then measure their cognition. Ability and standard recognition level. The results show that context richness has a significant moderating effect on cognitive ability and context understanding, as well as a moderating role between cognitive ability and standard recognition; when contextual information is abundant, groups with high cognitive ability can be more correct Understand the situation more accurately to identify the inspection criteria more accurately; similarly, when the situational information is rich, the group with high cognitive ability can understand the situation more correctly and obtain higher scores on the situational judgment test.

This study thoroughly and meticulously measured the process of the subjects’ answering the situational judgment test. From the perspectives of people and the situation, it explores the influence mechanism of the situational judgment test, and provides certain inspiration and promotion for the development and development of the situational judgment test.
