在韩国影坛，有这样一批人物设置上存在着性别颠覆现象的影片，如《我的野蛮女友》，《王的男人》等影片。本文就旨在通过这些影片将性别颠覆这一概念定义化，具体化，即性别颠覆是指打破了传统的性别概念，以其夸张的手段，使电影人物角色带有与其性别相反的人物特征。而本文将立足于韩国社会深刻的民族和文化根源，通过两个方向，即女性角色的男性化和男性角色的女性化来具体分析各自的表现特征。

Korean moviedom owns a number of films whose sexual setting of characters is inverted, as My Sassy Girl and King and the Clown. The purpose of this thesis will be to define and reify the concept of sexual inversion. Sexual Inversion represents the using of exaggerated technique of expression so as to make the roles adopt completely opposite gender features. The author bases herself on the deep roots of Korean nation and culture, and interprets from two aspects, that is the virilism of the female characters and feminize of the male characters. This article makes a concrete analysis of the respective performance characteristic of each aspect.
