应用型大学指的是以本科教育为核心，以实际应用为导向的高等教育机构，而非以学术为导向的大学。应用型本科教育具有鲜明的办学特点和人才培养目标，即强调应用性、实践性、创新性，突出实践能力和创新能力的培养，并注重学生综合素质和社会适应能力的提高。应用型本科教育在满足我国经济社会发展的需求、培养高水平的应用型人才、推动我国高等教育的普及化方面发挥了积极而重要的作用。本文以2018-2021年的全国应用型本科高校为样本，将当年的本科生就业率作为被解释变量，从经费投入和使用各自的组成情况这两大角度，选定解释变量进行面板数据的回归分析，从中选择最优的回归模型，从而得出结论。结论对于应用型本科高校经费的投入与使用具有一定的借鉴意义。

It also emphasizes the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and social adaptability. Applied undergraduate education has played a positive and important role in meeting the needs of China's economic and social development, cultivating high-level applied talents, and promoting the popularization of higher education in China. This paper takes the national application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities from 2018 to 2021 as a sample, takes the undergraduate employment rate of that year as the explanatory variable, selects the explanatory variable for regression analysis of panel data from the perspective of the composition of funding input and use, and selects the optimal regression model from them to draw conclusions. The conclusion has certain reference significance for the investment and use of funds in applied undergraduate universities.
