电视访谈节目作为一种新型的谈话类节目，在国内外受到了广大观众的喜爱。电视访谈类节目最早始于美国，并迅速在世界各地衍生出同类型的访谈节目。与此同时，近年来，话轮转换分析作为会话分析中的重要组成部分也得到了越来越多的关注，其不再以单个句子作为研究内容，而是更加关注在交际语境中人们的动态对话的特点，为相关方面的研究学者提供了一个新的视角，尤其是在分析影视文学作品以及电视访谈节目等的研究中更是大放异彩。

本文基于Sacks，Stenstrom等国外学者提出的话轮转换系统，以及国内学者刘虹等构建话轮转换策略理论时涉及的“话轮”，“半话轮和非话轮”等为理论依据，对美国近年来大热的电视访谈节目《今夜秀》作为载体，对主持人吉米法伦和嘉宾的真实会话语料进行分析，对其话轮转换下的特点及其策略进行研究。

本文的研究从宏观和微观两方面分别进行，宏观分析部分主要围绕话轮转换策略下的三个分支在语料中的体现以及其规律特点，如出现频率、目的等，微观方面则侧重于嘉宾对会话的影响因素，如性别等。研究表明，Jimmy Fallon更加偏好使用争取话轮策略，并且通常倾向于延续话题，嘉宾性别对他的策略使用也有很大影响。分析话轮转换的过程有助于人们优化话轮转换策略的选择，也可以为人们更好更顺畅地交际提供一定建议。

As a new type of talk show, TV talk shows have been loved by a wide range of audiences at home and abroad. The TV talk show first started in the United States and has rapidly derived similar types of talk show around the world. At the same time, in recent years, turn-taking analysis as an important part of the conversation analysis has also caught more and more attention, which no longer takes individual sentences as the research content, but also pays more attention to the characteristics of people's dynamic conversations in communicative contexts, providing a new perspective for scholars in related fields, especially in the analysis of film and literature works and TV talk shows.

This thesis is based on the turn-taking system proposed by foreign scholars such as Sacks et al. (1974) and Stenstrom (1994), as well as the "turn" and "backchannel item" involved in the construction of turn-taking strategy theory proposed by domestic scholars such as Liu Hong (2004). The corpus is selected from the interviews between the host Jimmy Fallon and the guests of the recently popular American TV talk show The Tonight Show, to study the characteristics of turn-taking strategies.

The study has analyzed separately from the macro and micro aspects. The macro analysis part mainly focuses on the usage of the three branches of turn-taking strategies in the corpus and their regular characteristics, such as frequency of utilization, and purpose etc. The micro aspect places extra emphasis on the guests, to see how the influencing factors, such as gender, work in the results. Research shows that Jimmy Fallon prefers to use turn-claiming strategy, and it is usually used to continue the topic. Gender also has a strong influence on his choices in adopting turn-taking strategies. In the process of analyzing, it can also help people optimize the use of turn-taking strategies and provide suggestions for people to better communicate with others.
