近年来,大学毕业生的就业压力日益增大,其中女大学生就业难的问题更加凸现出来,出现了用人单位对女大学生的性别歧视。本文共分四个部分:一、引言,包括选题依据、研究现状及本文的主要观点。二、性别歧视产生的原因。三、性别歧视的影响。四、相关政策建议。以经济学理论为基础,分析当前大学生就业市场存在的性别歧视问题,探讨性别歧视产生的原因,影响,并提出相应的政策建议。总之,对女大学生的就业歧视是客观存在的。这会使女大学生产生强烈的自我歧视,进而使在校生主观上夸大性别歧视对就业的负面影响,最终影响其就业预期,甚至影响家庭的生育决策。因此有必要采取一系列经济和法律手段以保障女大学生获得平等的就业机会。 |

At present, it is more difficult for the graduates to obtain employment, and the problem is outstanding for the female. They experience the working units’ gender discrimination while applying for jobs. This paper consists of four parts: 1. Preface, including foundation of topic-choosing, present research status and the author’s major opinions. 2. Cause of the discrimination. 3. Effect of the discrimination. 4. Suggest to government. Taking the analysis of discrimination of the graduate employment market, on the basis of theories of Labor Economics, this thesis tries to analyze the causes and the effect of female discrimination. At last, give the suggest to the government. In a word,the employment discrimination is objective existence for female graduates. It leads the female undergraduates engender the strong self-discrimination, which causes undergraduates exaggerate the negative influence of the gender discriminate on employment subjectively, and will affect their anticipatory employment finally. Thereby, it is necessary to adopt a series of the economy and law methods to insure the female undergraduates have equal employment opportunity. |
