河北省安国县六十年代初的农村人民公社政策调整是大跃进后国民经济调整的重要组成部分，前后历时两年，包括“三反”、解决人民公社具体问题、贯彻落实《紧急指示信》、整风整社运动、贯彻落实农业六十条、基本核算单位下放等若干重大事件。安国县的政策调整紧跟中央脚步，没有做出突出的政策创新或试验。通过这次调整，安国县基本摆脱了国民经济和人民生活的严重困难，但仍没能解决人民公社体制存在的根本缺陷。

The adjustment of Anguo County’s keeps up with the pace of the national economic readjustment without any innovation or test on policy. Through this adjustment, Anguo County basically gets rid of the serious difficulties of national economy and people’s lives. But the fundamental defect of the people’s commune system is still unsolved.
