经过30多年的发展,我国法律服务业已经取得一定的成就,而随着网络信息技术的发展,通过在线解决人们碰到的部分法律问题,体现出了更大的潜力和优势。法律服务具有自身的特殊属性,法律服务的专业性,法律服务的社会价值还不能完全被社会民众所认同,同时传统法律服务还存在着法律服务供求关系不平衡、供求信息不对称的问题,以律师为中心,缺乏服务意识,业务流程不透明、缺乏服务标准等。在线法律服务创新的商业模式和法律服务方式是一种高效率的服务方式,如何和互联网更好的融合,提升法律服务的专业性和便捷性,创新在线法律服务商业模式和服务方式,有一定的研究价值和意义。
与传统法律服务相比,通过互联网提供在线法律服务,在效率、成本、获取上均有较大的突破,在线法律服务平台通过进一步细化法律服务市场,提炼客户精准需求,加大营销力度,建设自身法律服务团队,维护好客户关系。通过对律师服务资源的整合及对客户需求大数据的分析可以为客户提供更为优质的产品和服务,在线法律服务不是简单的传统法律行业互联网化,而是需要行业思维、理念和经营模式的本质上的根本转变。本文着重从我国法律服务行业发展的大环境出发,结合国内外在线法律服务发展的最新状况,以价值链理论和商业模式创新理论为理论基础,对企业定位、企业价值、企业业务系统、企业盈利模式、关键资源整合能力等因素的分析,来探讨在线法律服务的商业模式创新,从而提炼出商业模式创新的路径,提出基于市场定位和客户价值主张为基础的创新、基于外部资源整合和技术能力为基础的创新、基于企业内部业务流程再造为基础的价值传递创新和基于平台化为基础的盈利模式的创新的四种商业模式创新路径。本文以易法通法务信息管理股份有限公司为研究对象,研究易法通战略发展方向,通过对其商业模式创新路径的分析,论证在线法律服务商业模式的价值,解决传统法律服务存在的一些供求关系不平衡,供求信息不对称,服务内容不透明、服务流程不清晰等问题。通过对易法通商业模式创新路径及存在的问题的分析,探索"互联网+"背景下法律服务行业如何实现跨越式发展。本文的研究可对互联网背景下在线法律服务行业发展实践提供一定地借鉴。

After more than 30 years of rapid development, China's legal service industry has made great progress. With the application and development of Internet Technology, some legal issues are solved online, which shows great potential and advantages. Compared with other industries, legal services have their own special properties. The professional and social value of legal services has not been fully recognized by the public. At the same time, there are some problems in traditional legal services, such as the imbalance and information asymmetry of supply and demand. The business model innovation of online legal service is an efficient way of legal services. Legal services and Internet technology are further integrated. With the help of Internet platform and technology, the legal service industry can be improved comprehensively. It is highly researchful and desirable to improve the convenience and efficiency of legal services.
Compared with traditional legal services, online legal services have a great breakthrough in efficiency and cost. The online legal service platform has refined the market, which abstracts the customer's accurate demand, strengthens the marketing strategy, builds its own service team, and maintains the customers’ relationship. The integration of lawyer resources and analysis of big data provide customers with better products and services. Online legal services are fundamental changes in the idea of business model, rather than the simple traditional legal services on the internet. Based on the development environment of the legal service industry and the value-chain theory and business model innovation theory, this thesis, considering the latest development of online legal services at home and abroad, analyzes the factors such as enterprise positioning, enterprise business system, enterprise profit model, key resource ability and enterprise value. This thesis discusses the business model innovation of online legal service and asserts a claim that the path of business model is to be innovated. There are four business model innovation paths based on marketing and customers’ value proposition, operating mode of internal business process reengineering, the capability to external resource integration, and platform-oriented profit mode. Taking Yifatong as a case, this thesis demonstrates the value of online legal service business model. Some problems existing in traditional legal service are solved: imbalanced supply and demand, unequal information, opaque service content, and unclear service flow. Some references to the development of the online legal services are provided.
