近年来,学前教育不仅得到了国家教育部门的重视,也得到了社会各界的广泛关注。幼儿教师作为学前教育的主要师资力量,肩负着幼儿健康发展的重任。但是,当前幼儿教师大部分处于体制外,属于非在编人员。与在编幼儿教师相比,非在编幼儿教师面临同样的工作、社会和家庭的压力,同时其收入可能相对更低,福利方面多数也存在明显的差距。在这些背景之下,非在编幼儿教师的流动性值得关注。由此,本研究旨在研究非在编幼儿教师的流动倾向以及幼儿教师流动的影响因素。
本文选取了C大学附属幼儿园的8位非在编教师作为研究对象。本文的研究方法为质性研究,通过访谈和实物收集的方式,收集整理研究对象关于教师流动倾向及影响因素的相关资料。通过对所收集到的资料进行分析,对研究对象的职业流动倾向及影响因素进行讨论和解释。研究发现:接受访谈的非在编幼儿教师普遍存在职业流动的倾向,而促使非在编幼儿教师流动的影响因素包括福利待遇、工作压力、社会压力、个人因素、以及不公平因素等。这些因素导致非在编幼儿教师的流动倾向增加,甚至导致部分教师离开幼儿教师这个职业而选择其他行业。

Recent years, pre-school education received the attention from national education department and society. As the main faculty of preschool education, kindergarten teachers play important role in the healthy development of children. However, most of the current kindergarten teachers are outside the public education system and didn’t belong to stable staff. Compared with kindergarten teachers who belong to stable staff, temporary kindergarten teachers face the same job, social and family pressures, at the same time they may have relatively lower income, and from welfare perspective, the gap between them is usually significant. In these contexts, the mobility of temporary kindergarten teachers is an issue that worthy to attention. Therefore, this study aims to explore the tendency and influencing factors of the turnover of temporary kindergarten teachers.
In this paper, eight temporary teachers from C-university affiliated kindergarten were selected as research subjects. The research methods of this article is qualitative research, through ways of interview and material collection, collect relevant data on the teacher mobility tendency and influencing factors. Through the analysis of the collected data, the occupational mobility tendency and influencing factors of the research subjects are discussed and explained. The study found that, the temporary kindergarten teachers who were interviewed generally had tendency to mobility, and the factors that contributed to the kindergarten teacher mobility included welfare benefits, work stress, social pressure, personal factors, unfair and so on. These factors have led to an increase in the tendency of kindergarten teacher mobility, and even cause some teachers to give up the career as kindergarten teacherand choose other industries.
