缓慢电影可视作当代电影的新趋势,一场从上世纪90年代开始由不同电影文化实践组成的电影运动,这些实践由于电影风格的相似可归为一个谱系。本文选取缓慢电影、蔡明亮、身体文化研究这三者的重合交叠之处,从身体的视角出发对蔡明亮电影进行分析,同时将其置入缓慢电影的谱系之中,透过蔡明亮电影的身体研究对缓慢电影的形式机制做出考察,探究缓慢与身体之间勾连的复杂关系。文章包括四个章节。第一章对缓慢电影的艺术生成机制做出考察,指出缓慢电影主要由摄影机运动的缓慢、镜头的长时延(duration),以及镜头内场面调度的缓慢这三者共同铸造而成;第二节探究影像身体对于电影缓慢感的构建的重要意义。第二章试图解决的问题是蔡明亮电影中的缓慢感如何产生,如何藉由身体得以构建,文中将蔡明亮电影中的身体分为受困或静止的身体与行走与疲惫的身体这两类,并分别加以论述。第二节则单独论述特写之于缓慢电影的意义与联系。第三章对蔡明亮电影中身体的美学表意做出考察,分两节讨论了日常身体的表意模式与无语声的身体影像。第四章分析蔡明亮电影中身体的政治象征,从赤裸生命谈起,指出蔡明亮电影的主角多为现代社会中的神圣人,第二节通过蔡明亮的《行者》系列探讨了影片中的“仪式身体”,第三节讨论蔡明亮电影中的疾病隐喻。希冀通过本文的研究,能够为当前的缓慢电影运动研究做出一定的贡献,同时为电影制作提供另一种可能。

Slow cinema can be seen as a new trend in contemporary cinema, a film movement that began in the 1990s consisting of different film cultural practices, which can be grouped into a genealogy due to the similarity of film styles. This article selects the common features of the Slow Film, Tsai Ming-liang and physical culture studies, and studies the form of slow cinema’s mechanism under Slow Cinema pedigree from the perspective of body, in order to explore the complex relationship between slowness and the body. The article consists of four chapters. The first chapter investigates the artistic generation mechanism of slow movies, pointing out that slow cinema are mainly made by the slow motion of the camera, the long duration of the lens, and the slow scheduling of scenes in the lens.The second section explores the significance of the cinematic body for the construction of the slow sense of film. The second chapter tries to solve the problem is that, how the sense of slowness in Tsai Ming-liang's films produces and how it conveys through the body. The paper divides the bodies in Tsai Ming-liang's films into trapped or static bodies and walking and tired bodies, and discusses them respectively. The second section discusses the significance and connection of close-up to slow film. And then, The third chapter explore the aesthetic representation of body in Tsai Ming-liang's films. It is divided into two sections to discuss the daily body representation model and the silent body image. The fourth chapter analyzes the political symbol of the body in Tsai Ming-liang's films. The first section begins with the bare life, it points out that most of the leading roles in Tsai Ming-liang's films are homo sacer in modern society. The second section discusses the "ritual body" through Tsai Ming-liang’s film Walker. The third section discusses the metaphor of disease in Tsai Ming-liang's films. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, it can make a certain contribution to the current study of slow cinema, and provide another possibility for film production.
