With the continuous advancement of China's school sports reform, campus football has attracted a large number of students, and campus football is gradually becoming the focus of close attention from all walks of life. As the backbone of campus football, the health problems of campus football players have attracted much attention, especially the causes, characteristics and preventive measures of sports injuries. This issue has become one of the hot spots in the current campus football research, and scholars have devoted themselves to exploring how to reduce the risk of injury of campus football players in games and training, so as to ensure their health and development, and also serve as a model warning to other teenagers participating in football activities. In the aspect of football injury prevention, football participants can make targeted prevention work, which has important theoretical significance and practical value. This study takes Zhengzhou Foreign Language Group school football team members as the research object, adopts questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis methods, and the results show that: After investigation, 80% of the school football team members of Zhengzhou Foreign Language Group have experienced sports injuries, mainly in the ankle and knee joints, the injury rates are 31.82% and 30.68%, accounting for more than half of all injuries. Among them, the types of injuries are mainly skin abrasions, sprains and contusions, but also a lot of strains, strains and so on; In terms of injury degree, light injury was the main injury, the injury rate was 79.76%, and light injury was the most, followed by moderate and severe injury. Most of the injuries of the school football team in Zhengzhou Foreign Languages Group occurred in summer, and the injury rate in the training period was significantly higher than in the match period. From the perspective of injury recovery, more than 57.95% of football injuries can be recovered within a week; The injuries of the school football team members in Zhengzhou Foreign Language Group were mainly affected by physiological factors, accounting for 29.45%. Among them, lack of muscle strength (95.45%), training or competition with injury (95.45%), other factors (84.09%), excessive stress during training and competition (77.27%), excessive local fatigue (71.59%), and old injury not healed (60.23%) were the main inducing events. Through in-depth study of physical, psychological, technical, training and other aspects of football injuries, so as to formulate targeted prevention and treatment measures, especially for young campus football players. We can better understand the mechanisms by which sports injuries occur and fundamentally reduce the risk of injury among youth campus football players. This comprehensive research approach not only provides protection for individual athletes, but also sets good models and standards for the entire campus football program. Help them enjoy the fun of football more safely and effectively.
