探索好教师的本质,对建设高质量教师队伍和促进学生的全面发展具有重要意义。在教育逐渐更加重视情感体验的趋势下,学生对教师喜爱的感知成为衡量师生关系和教师工作效果的重要指标。然而,已有研究对学生情感体验的关注主要在概念理解与经验总结方面,指向受学生喜爱教师的实证研究较少,基于学生评教留言构建教师画像的研究有待深化。因此,有必要探索受学生喜爱教师的内涵本质和画像特点,为学理研究和实践改进提供参考。
研究一收集了6所学校2年内连续3个学期的追踪数据,通过类别分析探究教师在受学生喜爱上的整体特征和群体差异。研究二分别收集23所小学和28所中学3年内共5个学期的数据,“瞄准”其中的受学生喜爱教师,通过词频分析、LDA主题模型分析挖掘学生留言,生成受学生喜爱教师的画像。主要结果如下:
1.以学生喜爱教师的深度、广度和持久度三个指标为类型划分依据,划分出高水平稳定型、波动持好型、波动向好型、波动持平型、波动下降型和一般水平稳定型共六类异质群体,不同类型的教师在受学生喜爱的得分上存在差异,反映了教师实践工作中的复杂情况。
2.生成受中小学生喜爱教师的热词画像和核心主题画像。小学提及最多的高频词包括耐心、有趣、温柔、帮助、关心等,共生成8个核心主题;中学提及最多的高频词包括认真负责、幽默、教学、兴趣、讲解等,共生成7个核心主题。
3.中小学生喜欢的教师具有以下共同点:在对待教学或与学生交往时态度认真负责、风格幽默风趣;具有温柔、善良等学生喜爱的个人特质;能设计丰富、有扩展的教学内容,提供积极反馈;具有较高的教学水平、且让学生感觉有所收获。
4.中小学相比,小学生喜爱的教师以下4个特点更为突出:(1)关心学生可能遇到的问题和困难,耐心引导并帮助学生解决问题。(2)善于捕捉学生的优点与闪光点,鼓励学生改正不足,放大优势,更加自信。(3)耐心详细、清楚明白地讲解问题。(4)通过组织合作学习、游戏等活动展开课堂互动。
中学生喜爱的教师以下5个特点更为突出:(1)为学生提供个别化的关心与指导,有针对性地帮助学生。(2)在授课、答疑、讲题等课程全过程中都条理清晰、耐心细致,且讲解生动、有趣,让学生易懂可理解。(3)创新教法、灵活教学,使用简洁、有趣、适合的教学方法。(4)营造有意思、轻松活跃的课堂氛围,通过各种方式激发学生的学习兴趣。(5)具有较强的学科思维和专业素养,重视培养学生的学科兴趣、逻辑、能力和思考等。

Exploring the nature of good teachers is of great significance to building a high-quality teaching team and promoting the all-round development of students.With the trend of education gradually paying more attention to emotional experience, students' perception of teachers' love has become an important indicator to measure the teacher-student relationship and the effectiveness of teachers' work. However, existing research focuses on students' emotional experience mainly in terms of conceptual understanding and experience summary. There are few empirical studies on teachers who are loved by students. Research on constructing teacher portraits based on students' comments on teaching needs to be deepened. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the connotation, essence and portrait characteristics of teachers who are loved by students, so as to provide reference for academic research and practical improvement.
Study 1 collected tracking data from 6 schools for 3 consecutive semesters within 2 years, and used category analysis to explore the overall characteristics and group differences of teachers in being liked by students. Study 2 collected data from 23 primary schools and 28 middle schools for a total of 5 semesters in 3 years, ‘targeted’ the teachers who were loved by students, and mined student messages through word frequency analysis and LDA topic model analysis to obtain a portrait of the teachers who were loved by students. The main results are as follows:
1. Determine the three indicators of the depth, breadth and persistence of students' love for teachers as the basis for classifying types, and divide them into high-level and stable types, fluctuating and maintaining types, fluctuating and improving types, fluctuating and stable types, fluctuating and declining types, and general level and stable types. There are six types of heterogeneous groups in total. Different types of teachers have different scores in popularity among students, which reflects the complex situation in teachers’ practical work.
2. Generate hot word portraits and core theme portraits of teachers that are popular among primary and secondary school students. The most mentioned high-frequency words in primary schools include patience, fun, gentleness, help, care, etc., forming a total of 8 core themes; the most mentioned high-frequency words in middle schools include seriousness and responsibility, humor, teaching, interest, explanation, etc., forming a total of 7 core themes.
3. Teachers that primary and secondary school students like have the following in common: they have a serious and responsible attitude when teaching or interacting with students, and they have a humorous style; they have personal traits that students like such as gentleness and kindness; they can design rich and substantial teaching content and provide positive feedback ; Has a high teaching level and makes students feel that they have gained something.
4. Compared with primary and secondary schools, the following four characteristics of teachers that primary school students love are more prominent: (1) Care about the problems and difficulties students may encounter, patiently guide and help students solve problems. (2) Be good at capturing students’ strengths and shining points, and encourage students to correct their shortcomings, magnify their advantages, and become more confident. (3) Patiently explain the problem in detail and clearly. (4) Carry out classroom interaction by organizing cooperative learning, games and other activities.
Teachers that middle school students love mainly have the following five characteristics: (1) Provide students with individualized care and guidance, and help students in a targeted manner. (2) The whole process of teaching, answering questions, and giving lectures is clear, patient and meticulous, and the explanations are vivid and interesting, making it easy for students to understand. (3) Innovate teaching methods and flexible teaching, and provide simple, interesting and suitable teaching methods. (4) Create an interesting, relaxed and active classroom atmosphere, and stimulate students' interest in learning through various methods. (5) Have strong subject thinking and professional qualities, and pay attention to cultivating students' subject interests, logic, abilities and thinking.
