教师教育改革已成为国内外教育改革的热点之一,主要围绕教师教育体制、教师教育课程和教师专业发展这三个核心点展开。而教育实习是教师教育课程中的实践课程,是促进教师专业化发展的必要环节,是完善教师教育体制的重要内容。教育实习的重要性得到世界各国的普遍认可。师范生免费教育为我国新时期教师教育的改革发展提供契机,而免费师范生教育实习还存在一些问题。本文着眼于地理免费师范生的教育实习影响因素研究。通过问卷法、访谈法、文献分析法重点调查研究了北京师范大学09级地理免费师范生的教育实习基本情况,对其实习效果进行评价。并且从教育实习基地的基本情况包括基础教育情况、指导教师师资力量,北师大的地理免费师范生专业课程设置等客观条件以及地理免费师范生对课程的学习情况、对教育实习的态度和准备等主观角度分析影响实习效果的因素,为制定有针对性的教育实习指导方案提供参考意见。以下是本论文的结构:第一章绪论说明了本研究的背景、目的意义、理论视角和研究方法。第二章为文献综述部分,了解教育实习及教育实习影响因素的国内外研究现状。第三章从教育实习目标、教育实习组织与管理以及教育实习时间安排、实习内容与评价三方面介绍北京师范大学地理免费师范生的实习概况。第四章从教学技能、教师职业信念与职业道德等方面对地理免费师范生的实习效果进行评价。教学技能均有提高,且提高幅度不均。实习生在实习之前就可以获得的教学技能,其优势在实习中有较为明显的表现,而必须要在真实的课堂环境中锻炼的教学技能尽管在实习初期显出不足,但在经过教育实习之后,都有较明显的提高。第五章从主客观两个角度,实习基地、高校和实习生三个方面分析教育实习及实习效果的影响因素。教育实习基地对教育实习效果的影响主要表现为对实习生进行实践教学的机会保证,以及在此基础上的实习指导教师的指导。在高等师范院校方面,教师教育课程的具体实施特别是强化对教师教学技能的评价显得更为重要。实习生自身做好教育实习的各方面准备,对自己的教学进行经常性反思更有利于其专业发展。第六章主要是根据以上研究提出教育实习的改进建议。针对各实习基地基本情况,高等师范院校和实习生自身要为教育实习做出各项准备。院系通过课程建设促进师范生理论知识及教学技能的储备,并加强对教育实习的指导。实习生自身也要做好各种知识及思想准备,在指导教师和同伴帮助下,促进专业成长。第七章为总结部分,梳理本文的重要结论,并探讨本文的研究不足及研究展望。

Teacher education reform about the education system, curriculum and teacher’s professional development has become a hot topic of education reform at home and abroad. As a practice course and an important step to professional development, teaching practice has been attracting attention universally. In China, the policy of Free Normal Education provides an opportunity for teacher education reform. However, there are some problems to investigate and solve.The article focuses on the influencing factors of results about geography teaching practice for free normal students. It mainly researches the free normal students of 2009 in Beijing Normal University by the method of questionnaire and interview. The survey aims to gather the information about the whole process of teaching practice and to evaluate its effect. After that, the article analyses the influencing factors in the objective and subjective perspective. The objective factors mainly contain practice bases and teacher education curriculums, and the subjective ones include free normal students’ learning and their preparation for the teaching practice. And finally, the article provides some suggestions to further improve the teaching practice. The structure of the article is as follows:Chapter One introduces the background, aims and value, theoretical perspective, as well as the research methods.Chapter Two is the local and international literature review focusing on teaching practice and its influencing factors.Chapter Three describes the geography teaching practice of the free normal students in Beijing Normal University in some aspects, from the aim, organization and management to the evaluation. Chapter Four assesses the geography teaching practice of the free normal students concerning teaching skills, occupational belief and professional ethics of teacher. Teaching skills were increased, but the increase is imbalanced. The advantage of the teaching skills the free normal students gain before teaching practice is evident in the performance. By contrast, teaching skills which depend on the real classroom environment is insufficient at the beginning of the practice, while they can be obviously improved after teaching practice.Chapter Five analyzes the effect factors of the results about the teaching practice in the objective and subjective perspective, including the normal university, teaching practice bases and teaching students. The opportunity of teaching the practice bases provide and teachers’ guidance are key factors. In the normal university, it can be important that the curriculums of teacher education pay more attention to assessment of teaching skills of normal students. The free normal students’ preparation for teaching practice and the reflections on the teaching are crucial.Chapter Six puts forward suggestions for improvement of teaching practice. According to the fundamental state of the practice bases, the normal university and the free normal students should make preparation. The departments should promote students’ theoretical knowledge and teaching skills, and strengthen the guidance of teaching practice. The free normal students themselves should lay a solid knowledge foundation and promote professional development with the help of instructors and companions. Chapter Seven makes a conclusion of the article and discusses the inadequacy and prospect of the study.
