儿童自闭症是一种严重的广泛性发育障碍性疾病。交流障碍、语言障碍和重复刻板行为是自闭症的三个主要症状。不典型自闭症则在前述三个方面不全具有缺陷,只具有其中之一或之二。自闭症谱系障碍(ASD,Autism Spectrum Disorder ),是根据典型自闭症的核心症状进行扩展定义的广泛意义上的自闭症,既包括了典型自闭症,也包括了不典型自闭症。(本文的采用扩展定义的自闭症定义)自1943年由美国儿童精神科医生肯纳博士报告十一例案例以来,有关流行病学数据显示,其发病率不断上升,已经上升为儿童精神致残类疾病第一位。箱庭疗法,又称沙盘疗法或沙箱疗法。是指在治疗者的陪伴下,在自由与受保护的空间里,来访者从玩具架上自由选取玩具,在盛有细沙的特制箱子里进行自我表现的一种心理疗法。箱庭疗法是游戏治疗的一种,对弱语言要求的特性,特别适合有语言障碍的特殊儿童,国内已经有一些用箱庭游戏治疗自闭症的实践和理论探讨,本研究在上述基础上,试图做进一步的探索。治疗者在一家自闭症康复中心,先后陪伴三十四名自闭症儿童为期一年,每周一次的箱庭游戏治疗,对箱庭疗法针对自闭症儿童这个特殊群体的治疗过程中出现的各类特征进行了初步的探索和总结。而田田是其中一个比较典型的,效果比较明显的案例,总共进行了三十七次箱庭游戏治疗。田田箱庭作品从散漫的简单分类到场景和情节逐渐丰富,呈现的主题也创伤主题到积极的主题转化。在现实生活中,田田的自闭症症状明显减轻,量表得分出现明显变化,而她的语言,交流,情感、认知等各方面都有了明显的进步。

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is generalized autism which is defined by the core symptoms of the typical autism, including both typical autism and atypical autism. (The study adopts the extended definition of autism definition) Child autism, also known as autism, is a severe, pervasive developmental disorders. Communication barriers, language barriers, and repetitive stereotyped behavior are three main symptoms of autism. Atypical autism in the above three aspects, not all have defects, with only one or two. Since 1943 eleven cases were reported by Dr. Kenner, an American child psychiatrist, the epidemiological data shows that its incidence is rising, and has risen to the first place of children's mental maimed disease. Sandplay therapy, also known as Sandtable therapy or sandbox therapy. It is a psychological therapy which the sufferers select toys freely from the shelves and express themselves in a special box filled with sand in the company of the curer and in a free space. Sandplay therapy, a kind of play therapy, which is particularly suitable for the children who have the language barrier based on the trait of the requirement of the weak language. There are some practice and theoretical discussion of the autism treated by the Sandplay game, and the study is trying to do further exploration based on the above. The curer has accompanied more than thirty children with autism conducting the Sandplay game for one year in a autism rehabilitation center and explores the features of sandplay game and the application of the autism which aims at this special group of children with autism. The case of TianTian is typical and has a demonstrable effect which has conducted thirty seven Sandplay games. TianTian's Sandplay assignment is from undisciplined simple classification to the plentiful scene and plot , also the theme presented by her has converted into the positive theme. In real life, TianTian's symptoms of autism significantly ease, the scale score changes obviously and she makes a great progress in her language, communication, emotion and other aspects.
