随着互联网应用的普及，个人信息的收集、处理和利用变得越来越频繁，而个人信息的授权则成为维护用户权益和规范互联网行业发展的重要环节。本文通过对学界研究现状进行分析，以现阶段网络个人信息保护研究切入点。选取30个网络平台作为样本，通过对网络平台隐私政策中的格式条款进行分析、总结，得出目前的个人信息格式条款制定的实践现状。对个人信息格式条款效力理论进行分析，得出现阶段个人信息格式条款制定存在的主要问题。通过理论和实践相结合的方法，对网络平台、个人以及相应机关提出相应的要求，以期规范和完善我国个人信息保护条款。

In view of the frequent occurrence of personal information infringement, this paper analyzes the current research status of academic circles, and takes the current research point of online personal information protection as the entry point. 30 online platforms were selected as samples, and the current practice status of the formulation of standard clauses for personal information was obtained by analyzing and summarizing the standard clauses in the privacy policies of the online platforms. Based on the analysis of the theory of the effectiveness of personal information standard clauses, the main problems existing in the formulation of personal information standard clauses at this stage are obtained. Through a combination of theory and practice, the corresponding requirements are put forward for online platforms, individuals, and corresponding organs, with a view to standardizing and improving China's personal information protection provisions.
