Bangladesh is an ocean of the world for foreign Investment. The Asian Giant has taken this opportunity as a developing partner. Now China is the powerful investor country over of the world. This paper tries to research on the influence of China's investment on economic development of Bangladesh, after reviewed the relevant literatures, the paper showed the background of China's investment in Bangladesh, combined the analysis of economic development of Bangladesh, the paper construct framework and assumption on the relationship between China's investment and economic development of Bangladesh.

This paper found the evidence of influence of China's investment on economic development of Bangladesh with empirical research method. Based on the time series data, this research tested the long-run relationship between China's investment and GDP of Bangladesh after making sure there is no unit root of these two time series data with the ADF test, the results showed that China's investment increased the positive impact on the economic growth of Bangladesh. The research results showed the positive role that the China's investment has taken on promoting the economic development of Bangladesh. The Bangladesh should try best on attracting China's investment inflow with corresponding policy incentive way.
