随着国家三孩政策的颁布与实施,我国结束了将近40年的独生子女生育政策,这也预示生育多个子女的家庭会逐渐增多。当每个家庭有一个新成员增加时,家庭的规模会随之扩大,父母需要承受的亲职压力也会随之增多。受中国传统性别文化的影响,大多数母亲在家庭中承担了照顾和教育子女的责任,多孩母亲过高的亲职压力会影响到母亲本身的身心健康,除此之外还会导致儿童行为问题产生,甚至可能引发儿童伴随一生的发展问题。

本文展现了咨询师与一名具有一定亲职压力的二孩母亲使用认知行为疗法结合女性主义疗法进行12次的咨询及回访过程。本研究尝试运用认知行为疗法结合女性主义疗法对多孩母亲的亲职压力进行干预,以改善多孩母亲的负性认知,情绪,行为和关系模式,重构个体多元认知,培养女性主义意识,减缓亲职压力。

咨询师与来访者进行12次咨询,可划分为4个阶段。第一阶段包括初筛及1-3咨询,此阶段的主要目标是建立平等合作性咨访关系,引入认知行为治疗框架和咨询目标。理解来访在履行亲职过程中压力的主要来源,对压力源的认知特点及应对方式,讨论性别角色来培养来访者的女性主义意识。第二阶段包括第4-8次,在这个阶段的工作中,深化践行女性主义疗法的“平等”的咨访关系和咨询方式。使用三栏表和五栏表对来访的固有思维展开工作,探讨自动思维和中间信念,实践女性主义认知思维。第9-11次是咨询的第三阶段,设计行为实验,检验来访的自动思维谬误,进行多元认知和情境性思维训练,重构女性主义认知视角与行为修正。第12次及回访为咨询的第四阶段,巩固行为和回顾总结,讨论结束,预防复发。在12次咨询后,来访者的情绪明显好转,亲职压力明显降低。

外文摘要:

With the promulgation and implementation of the national two-child and three-child policy, China has completely ended the 40-year one-child policy, indicating that the number of families with multiple children is gradually increasing.

The high parental pressure of mothers with many children not only has an impact on the mother's mental health and parenting behavior, but also affects the mental health of children, leading to behavioral problems, and even causing the development problems of children for a lifetime.

The paper shows the process of 12 counseling and return visits between a counselor and a mother of a second child using cognitive behavioral therapy combined with feminist therapy. In this study, we tried to use cognitive behavioral therapy combined with feminist therapy to intervene on parental stress of mothers with multiple children, in order to improve negative cognition, emotion, behavior and relationship patterns, reconstruct individual metaccognition, cultivate feminist awareness, and reduce certain parental stress.

 Consultants and visitors for 12 consultation, can be divided into four stages, the first stage including screening and 1-3 consultation, the main goal of this stage is to establish cooperative client visit relationship, the introduction of cognitive behavior treatment framework and

 

consulting target, understand the visit in the performance of the main source of pressure, cognitive characteristics and coping methods, discuss gender roles to cultivate visitors feminist consciousness. The second stage includes the 4th-8th times. In this stage of work, practice the "equal" consultation relationship and consultation mode of feminist therapy, use the three-column table and the five-column table to develop the inherent thinking of the visit, discuss automatic thinking and intermediate beliefs, and practice feminist cognitive thinking. The 9th-11th is the third stage of consultation, where behavioral experiments are designed to test the fallacy of automatic thinking, conduct multi-metacognition and situational thinking training, and reconstruct the feminist cognitive perspective and behavior correction. Visit 12 and a return visit are the fourth stage of the consultation, consolidate the behavior and review the summary, end the discussion, and prevent recurrence. After 12 consultations, the visitors' mood improved significantly and the parental pressure decreased.
