本次研究基于在线学习快速发展的背景下,与设计类课程相关的在线学习研究较少,而Photoshop设计课程作为设计相关专业的基础课程拥有着大量的学生群体,在线上学习的过程中,存在着学生学习效率较低、练习时间较少、学习满意度较差等问题。而研究表明同伴互助策略能够有效提升程序性知识学习的效率,能够有效解决学习过程中持久性较低、学习兴趣减弱等问题。本研究将针对在线学习的特点,旨在结合同伴互助策略的优势对现有在线学习产品的不足进行改进设计,发现大学生群体在同伴互助情境中的需求,将需求转化为具体的产品概念设计,为Photoshop课程学习的教学平台提供参考意见。
本研究共分为的四个主要阶段:主题探索阶段、用户研究阶段、需求转化阶段与设计迭代阶段。主题探索阶段通过文献调研发现了Photoshop在线学习过程中存在着学习效率较低、练习时间较少、学习满意度较差等主要问题以及使用同伴互助策略解决程序性知识的学习问题的优势。用户研究阶段使用竞品分析对在线学习产品基本情况的了解,发现互动性与易用性这两大问题,结合平台基本情况与问题进行半结构化的用户访谈深度挖掘并获得Photoshop在线学习用户核心的需求,分别是平台可靠性、师生交流、提高学习效果、教学方式恰当、及时性、良好学习氛围、良好交互。需求转化阶段使用定性与定量相结合的方式将用户需求转化为产品主要功能,最终提出作品赏析、组合快捷键展示、弹幕交流、线上协作、互动聊天这五个主要功能模块设计。并且在设计迭代的阶段进行产品原型设计以及通过目标用户完成基于情境设置的任务,为产品的原型设计提供指导意见,最终解决功能入口与交互方式两部分的问题,进一步完善了产品的内容与交互逻辑,产出最终设计原型,为在线学习平台的优化与改进提供新的思路。 |

This research based on online learning under the background of rapid development, and design courses online learning of related research is less, and Photoshop design as the basis of design related professional course group, with a large number of students in the process of online learning, there are students learning efficiency is low, less time to practice, learning satisfaction were some problems. Research shows that peer assistance strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of procedural knowledge learning, and can effectively solve the problems of low persistence and decreased interest in learning. In view of the characteristics of online learning, this study aims to improve and design the deficiencies of existing online learning products by combining the advantages of peer assistance strategies, find the needs of college students in the context of peer assistance, and convert the needs into specific product concept design, so as to provide reference for the teaching platform of Photoshop course learning. This research can be divided into four main stages: theme exploration stage, user research stage, demand transformation stage and design iteration stage. In the theme exploration stage, through literature research, it is found that there are major problems in the process of Photoshop online learning, such as low learning efficiency, less practice time and poor learning satisfaction, as well as the advantages of using peer assistance strategy to solve the learning problems of procedural knowledge. In the user research stage, competitive products were used to analyze the basic situation of online learning products, and the two major problems of interactivity and ease of use were found. Combined with the basic situation and problems of the platform, semi-structured user interviews were conducted for in-depth mining and the core needs of Photoshop online learning users were obtained. They are platform reliability, teacher-student communication, improving learning effect, appropriate teaching method, timeliness, good learning atmosphere, good interaction. In the demand transformation stage, users' demands are transformed into the main functions of the product by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Finally, the design of five main functional modules, namely appreciation of works, display of combined shortcut keys, bullet screen communication, online collaboration and interactive chat, is proposed. And iteration in the design phase of product prototype design and through the target user complete tasks set based on the situation and to provide guidance for the prototype of the product design, finally solve the problem of entrance and interaction of two parts, and further perfect the content of the product and interactive logic, output the final design prototype, for optimization and improvement of the online learning platform to provide new ideas. |
