邸报是明代社会新闻传播的主要工具和主要方式，本论文主要从社会背景、传抄和发行、邸报内容、新闻要素和特点、政治透明度这五个方面来对明代邸报加以剖析。第一，社会背景。要研究和探讨一个时期的新闻传播事业的状况，首先必须对那一时期的政治、经济、文化、科学技术等诸方面情况，有全盘的认识和总体的把握。明朝优良的土壤和条件，催化了其新闻传播事业的健康发展。第二，传抄和发行。明代的邸报由封建中央政府统一安排发布和传抄等事宜，其抄传活动的全过程可笼统地分为三个步骤：通政司汇集各类章奏和地方上报的消息；六科收集和发布有关的诏旨和章奏；提塘将这些诏旨和章奏从六科抄出，经过筛选和复制，传发到各省及府县。第三，邸报内容。根据史料记载中的邸钞判断，明代邸报的内容确实比较丰富，从政治、经济、军事、社会生活到外交、天文、气象、灾异等等，几乎无所不包、无所不报，涉及面极广，报道范围遍及全国，类似现代社会的国家级大报。第四，新闻要素和特点。在对明代邸报大量翻阅后发现，其在报道体裁、新闻结构、写作手法等实质方面与现代报纸有惊人的相似之处。这些相似之处仅是偶尔的巧合，还是源于作为媒介的自然本质原则，本论文将针对此问题加以对比探讨。第五，政治透明度。明朝帝国的政治体制决定了它离不开言官体系的存在，皇帝为明代邸报同时披上了法规上的保护层，官员们对邸报的过分信任和依赖，邸报本身传抄的客观制度等等这些原因促成了明代邸报较高的政治透明度。

The Di Newspaper was the main implement and method of Ming news transmission. My thesis mainly anatomizes the Di Newspaper of Ming from five aspects: social background, issue, content, news essential and political diaphaneity.Firstly，if we want to study and discuss the news transmission of a date, we should firstly have across-the-board knowledge of its politics, economy, culture, technology and so on. The great soil and condition of Ming catalyzed its healthy development of news transmission system.Secondly, the Di Newspaper of Ming was issued and transmitted uniformly by feudal central government. The whole process of its transmission can be divided into three steps: firstly, the Tong Zheng Department massed various memorials to the throne and messages reported by local administrations; then, the Liu Ke Department collected and issued correlative decrees and memorials to the throne; at last, the Ti Tang Department copied these materials from Liu Ke Department and transmitted them to every provinces and counties after filtration and copy.Thirdly, according to the Di Chao recorded in historical materials, we can judge that the Di Newspaper of Ming’s content was abundant. It almost included every thing, such as politics, economy, social life, diplomacy, chronometer, weather, disaster and so on, and its report range extended all over the whole country. It seems like the national newspaper nowadays.Fourthly, after reading a great deal of the Di Newspaper of Ming, I find they have many similarities with modern newspapers in essential aspects, such as report type, news configuration, writing methods and so on. These similarities are just coincidence or come from medium’s natural principles? My thesis will discuss this question deeply with comparison.Finally, the Ming political system decided that it could not leave the being of Yan Guan system. At the same time, the emperor took rule of law protection on the Di Newspaper of Ming. Officers trust and depend overly on the Di Newspaper which had its impersonal system of transmission. All these reasons caused the Di Newspaper of Ming’s high political diaphaneity.
