议题式教学是新课程改革下普通高中思想政治课教学中普遍关注的教学方 式，对思想政治学科核心素养培育具有重要促进作用。将议题式教学引入初中道 德与法治课，有利于促进初中道德与法治课的教学创新，为初中道德与法治课教 学落实立德树人的根本任务提供有效帮助。目前，议题式教学在道德与法治课的 运用过程中面临教师教学方式和专业素养的不足、学生学习方式和探究能力的限 制以及议题内容不合理、教学环境待优化等问题，需要采取恰当策略予以解决。 

       本文从合理设置议题展开教学、优化议题式教学的课堂组织以及提升议题式 教学的评价实效等方面提出初中道德与法治课运用议题式教学的具体策略，旨在 帮助初中道德与法治课教师合理有效地运用议题式教学来促进学生学科核心素 养的提升，为改进初中道德与法治课教学提供有效保障。
