自2009 年中国开始正式招收体育硕士专业学位研究生以来,该领域的招生 规模不断扩大,以适应国家对于体育人才的增长需求。经超过十年的发展,国家 在研究生教育方面进行了一系列改革,从最初注重理论知识的传授转变为更加强 调培养具有综合能力的应用型体育专业人才。体育硕士专业学位研究生的地位及 其认可度亦逐渐提升,特别是本文所研究院校对全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生 的培养给予了高度重视。B高校体育学院目前以体育教学作为该校体育硕士专业 学位的唯一专业,其招生人数近些年持续增长。然而其培养过程中仍然存在一些 问题和挑战,需要通过不断改进完善来解决。 本研究采用了文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对B高校体育硕士 专业学位研究生的人才培养现状进行了深入分析。通过对培养目标、课程结构、 专项训练和实习实践等关键要素的详细审查,本研究旨在找出培养环节存在的问 题并基于这些发现提出改进措施。目标是为B高校体育硕士专业学位人才培养的 改革提供坚实的理论支持,以促进教育质量的持续提升。研究结论如下: (1)B高校体育专业硕士培养计划中理论课程与术科课程设置比重较为合 适,能够突出专业特色;招生环节严格,所有考生均为一志愿或推免录取,生源 质量较高,但跨学科学生数量相对也较多;培养目标设定合理,符合当下国家对 于人才培养的要求;在专业硕士培养上,分别开设了北京和珠海两个校区,由导 师直接指导或跨校区指导;实习实践方面实行双导师制,并在第三学期由学院提 供或自主联系实习单位;学位论文完成质量较高,导师能够提供有效的帮助,多 数学生选题以学术型研究为主。 (2)B高校体育专业硕士培养存在一定的现实困境:学制年限短,课程安 排紧凑,就业导向有待加强;教学实习实践过程性评价需完善,管理存在难度; 导师指导效果未能充分发挥,受限于多因素影响;学生奖助评价标准有待平衡、 住宿保障低、跨考生就业偏离教学领域。 (3)结合新时代对体育人才培养提出的要求,需分别从招生环节、培养过 程、输出质量设置优化路径,以解决体育专业硕士培养目前所存在的困境,并提 高培养质量。 针对此类问题,提出B高校体育专业硕士人才培养的提升路径:(1)建议实行灵活的学制,结合跨学科学习和案例教学,提高学生的理论 与实践整合能力,并通过指派技能导师及参与学术会议提升专业技术能力和学术 交流。 (2)加强与中小学合作提供多样化实习机会,通过代岗、跟岗等形式增强 实践技能,并建立高效的实习基地与评估体系,提升实践能力。 (3)为跨学科学生增设专项技能课程,确保每位学生至少掌握1-2门专业 技能,为其未来的教学实践奠定坚实基础。

Since China officially began admitting master's degree students in sports in 2009, the number and scale of enrollment in this field have continued to expand to meet market demand. After more than a decade of development, the country has undergone a series of reforms in the training mode of graduate education, shifting from an initial emphasis on imparting theoretical knowledge to a greater emphasis on cultivating applied sports talents with comprehensive abilities. With this transformation, the status and recognition of graduate students with a Master's degree in Sports have gradually increased. Especially at Shanghai Normal University, the university attaches great importance to the cultivation of full-time master's degree students in sports. The School of Physical Education at Beijing Normal University currently regards physical education teaching as the only major for its master's degree in physical education, and its enrollment is increasing year by year. However, there are still some problems and challenges in its cultivation process that need to be addressed through continuous improvement and refinement. In order to summarize experience and further improve the quality of talent cultivation, this study used various research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and interview to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation for master's degree students in physical education at Beijing Normal University. Through a detailed review of key elements such as training objectives, course structure, specialized training, and internship practice, this study aims to identify existing problems and propose improvement measures based on these findings. The goal is to provide solid theoretical support for the reform of the cultivation of sports master's degree talents at Beijing Normal University, in order to promote the continuous improvement of educational quality. The research conclusion is as follows: (1) The proportion of theoretical courses in master's education in sports is relatively high, while there are few practical and technical courses, which fail to highlight professional characteristics and limit the improvement and comprehensive development of students' specialized skills. Students generally believe that it is necessary to increase the proportion of practical courses to better meet the demand forversatile sports talents in the job market. (2) The insufficient supervision and lack of specific assessment standards during the internship practice process have affected the learning effectiveness and ability improvement of students in practice. To improve the quality of internships, it is recommended to strengthen communication between teachers and internship units, clarify internship assessment standards, and fully utilize the professional abilities and resources of off campus mentors. (3) Most students have published fewer academic papers during their studies, reflecting a lack of research ability and affecting the quality of their thesis writing. It is recommended to strengthen the teaching of scientific research methods and tools, enhance students' foreign language and literature retrieval abilities, and enhance their interest and ability in scientific research through practical projects. Suggestions for addressing such issues: (1)Suggest implementing a flexible academic system, combining interdisciplinary learning and case teaching, to enhance students' ability to integrate theory and practice, and to enhance their professional and technical abilities through assigning skill mentors and participating in academic conferences。 (2)Emphasize employment oriented education, provide opportunities for independent course selection and rich practical courses in sports skills, and comprehensively strengthen students' professional abilities through teaching and skill assessment. (3)Strengthen cooperation with primary and secondary schools to provide diversified internship opportunities, enhance practical skills through forms such as outsourcing and follow-up, and establish efficient internship bases and evaluation systems to enhance practical abilities. (4)Add specialized skills courses for interdisciplinary students to ensure that each student masters at least 1-2 professional skills, laying a solid foundation for their future teaching practice.
