区域灾害系统中灾害的类型和关系多样且复杂,国内外关于灾害链和灾害遭遇已有不少理论分析和实际的案例研究,而对于灾害群中灾害叠加效应的研究还不多,有少量针对暴雨-地震地质灾害叠加的研究案例,关于干旱-地震灾害叠加的研究更少,而灾害叠加在区域系统中是广泛存在且灾害影响巨大的,所以本文以干旱-地震灾害叠加为突破口研究灾害群发中灾害叠加的一些基本特点。干旱和地震灾害在时空上均重合的案例非常罕见,本研究查阅了各种资料,筛选了一些干旱地震同时空发生的典型案例,选取了玉树地震作为主要案例,并结合云南盈江和日本地震进行研究,分析了干旱-地震灾害叠加后的灾害特征,总结了干旱-地震灾害叠加的结果。

The types and relationships of disasters in regional disaster systems are diverse and complex. There have been many theoretical analyses and practical case studies on disaster chain and disaster compound. However, there are few studies on the effects of disasters superposition in disaster cluster. A small number of studies on the superposition of rainstorms and earthquake disasters have been made, while less research case of the superposition of drought and earthquake disasters. However, the superposition of disasters has a great impact and are extensively in the regional disasters system. Therefore, based on the disaster superposition in disaster clusters, in this article we takes the superposition of drought and earthquake disasters as a breakthrough to study some basic characteristics of disaster superposition. Cases of simultaneous occurrence of drought and earthquake disasters in the same region are especially rare. In this article we selected several typical cases of drought and earthquake occurred simultaneously in the same region by consulting a variety of data. The Yushu earthquake was taken as a main case, combining with the earthquakes in Yingjiang and Japan, to analyze the characteristics of the superposition of drought and earthquake disasters, and summed up the results of the superposition of drought and earthquake disasters.
