教师职业是一种专业。教师专业化是指教师职业具有自己独特的职业要求和职业条件,有专门的培养制度和管理制度,既包括学科专业性,也包括教育专业性,它既是一种认识,更是一个奋斗过程,既是一种职业资格的认定,更是一个终身学习、不断更新的自觉追求。教师专业化是教师劳动的本质要求和时代和呼唤,因此应大力提倡。教师专业化已经成为全球教师教育发展的潮流和方向,也是当下教育改革实践提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题。我国有关法律已经为推进教师专业化提供了基本的制度,教师的教育教学活动已经在一定程度上达到了专业化标准的要求,但是与发达国家相比,教师在专业知识等方面尚有不少差距,我国教师专业化尚处在低中级阶段。公立学校教师专业化问题已经得到了广泛的关注,而一提到民办学校,学者专家更多地把注意力放在办学规范性问题、办学者是否应该取得合理回报等等问题上。教师队伍的建设问题是任何学校的重中之重的问题,民办学校当然不例外。我国的民办教育历史源远流长,随着《民办教育促进法》和《实施条例》的出台,我国的民办教育进入了快速发展期。呼和浩特的相关行政部门对民办教育也投入了越来越多的关注。呼和浩特的民办教育呈现了出资形式多元化,办学门类齐全等特点。同时,也遇到了生源不足,无独立校舍等发展障碍。为了帮助民办学校加快发展,促进民办教育事业的不断推进,论文写作期间,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,本人对呼市十余所民办学校的民办教师进行了走访。通过调查发现,民办教师来源复杂,退休教师和兼职教师比例较大;工资待遇和社会地位较低,医疗养老等保障体系不健全;事业心、进取意识、敬业奉献精神不足,爱岗敬业精神不强,对教学工作投入不够,存在单纯的质量思想,育人意识淡薄;专业知识能力欠缺,教育观念陈旧落后,缺乏教学基本功训练,教学能力薄弱,教师在教学中对新信息技术的应用还很少,培训少,不进行反思,创新意识差;专业自主性差,成为了机械执行者、简单照搬者和被动旁观者;并存在着严重的心理障碍。面对这些问题,提出了以下解决办法:1、社会各届尤其是教育行政部门要为民办学校创造良好的外部环境和保障机制。2、民办学校自身应提高尊师重教的意识,积极健全教师管理的制度及制定教师发展的长远规划。3、教师应培养专业精神,并积极参与学校以师德为重要内容的考核。4、更新教育教学观念,优化知识结构,提高教学能力,塑造研究者形象。5、摒弃得失心理,努力自主创新,并要求学校为教师教学自主性提供舞台。由于本人多年来一直在民办学校工作,希望通过这一问题的讨论,抛砖引玉,引起更多人对民办教师的关注,并希望社会各届为“民办学校出民办教育大师”的理想而努力!

Teacher is a kind of specialty. Teacher specialization means teacher has his special professional demands and conditions, and cultivation institution and management institution. It includes not only discipline specialty but educational specialty. It is not only an understanding but a processing of strive. It is not only the recognition of professional qualification but a kind of conscious pursue of life study and continue renewal .Teacher specialization is an essential demand of teacher’s labor and times, so we should advocate it. Teacher specialization has become the trend and direction of global development of teacher education and an important subject of current education innovation and practice .China has worked out basic law about teacher specialization, which has made education be up to the specialization standard .But contrast the developed country, our teacher has a gap in professional knowledge and so on .China’s teacher specialization is in developing stage.Teacher specialization in public school has been paid close attention .But when we refer to the private school ,more experts put focus on standardize and reasonable repay and so on .The problem of the construction of teacher team is the most important thing in any school ,of course ,so the private school.China has a long history in private education. With the 民办教育促进法 and 实施条例 being finished ,China’s private education is in quick development stage .Hhhot’s administrative departments put more and more focuses on it. Hhhot’s private education has many features such as different invest sources and all kinds of educational types .At the same time ,it runs into many difficulties such as fewer students and independent campus .In order to help the private school develop quickly and promote the private education course ,I investigated private teachers in about ten schools during my article’s writing. Through the investigation, we find the source of private teachers is different and a big ratio of the private teachers is retired teachers and part-time teachers .They have lower wages and social position and so on .Their professional ethics is not good enough .They can not put enough time and energy onto the teaching .They only concern the teaching quality, but not teaching students how to be .Their professional knowledge and capability are not enough; teaching ideas are old. They have not teaching technology .They can not apply computer .They lack of training thinking and professional independency, and have psychology problems .Facing these problems, I think: 1 All society should establish good environment and insurance system .2 The private school should respect the teacher and perfect the teacher’s management system and long-term developing plan.3 Private teacher should cultivate own professional ethics and join the examination for it. 4 Private teacher should renew their teaching ideas, promote knowledge structure and capacity, and create researcher characters.5 Private teacher should give up the gain and loss ideas, try their best to independent in teaching.I work as a private teacher for many years, so I wish more people concern the private teacher. Let’s do our best to create great private master.
