本研究通过调查北京15家企业的组织沟通和心理契约的现状,探讨组织沟通满意感和员工心理契约之间的关系。研究采用likert五点量表的标准化问卷获得样本数据,借助统计学软件SPSS17.0对数据做了相关分析、回归分析及差异性检验。统计分析结果表明:组织沟通满意感和心理契约间存在较高的正相关(r=0.821),进一步的回归分析显示:纵向沟通、横向沟通、沟通氛围是影响心理契约的主要因素。心理契约和组织沟通的个体差异性在本研究已有数据上并未得到验证。根据研究结论,归纳了结论对企业心理契约管理和组织沟通管理的实践意义,并总结了本研究存在的不足。

This survey investigates the organizational communication and psychological contract situation in several companies in Beijing, focusing on factors which influence employee’s psychological contract. The significant differences of communication satisfaction and psychological contract in employees with different personal characteristics were discussed. The correlation between communication satisfaction and psychological contract are also studied. The analysis indicate high positive correlation(r=0.812).Longitudinal communication, latitudinal communication and communication atmosphere are the major factors that affect employee’s psychological contract. Furthermore, the differences and causes of different dimensionalities are also discussed.
