部件在组成整字的过程中，由于各种各样的原因，有些部件中的笔画要发生书写变异。笔画的书写变异有些是必要的，有些是不必要的，如果笔画的书写变异缺乏一定的规律性，则必然加重人们识字记忆的负担。现在汉字笔画书写变异存在的一个很大的问题就是笔画变异的规律性不强。还有一个问题就是汉字中存在很多笔画书写变异失范的字，这些字的存在严重影响了汉字字形的规范化。加强汉字字形的规范化必须从加强汉字笔画书写变异的规律性入手。本文通过对《GB13000.1字符集》中的20902个字的笔画拆分，运用有关的文字学理论知识，分析其中的汉字笔画书写变异规律。本文分横、竖、撇、点、折五大类进行讨论，对于每一大类下笔画所包含的笔形分别进行论述，提取其发生形变的字，总结其形变的条件和规律，并对每一类笔画书写变异规则下例外的字提取出来，希望能对汉字字形规范提供一些数据和参考。我们认为，确切地说笔画变异是发生在部件中而不是偏旁中。影响笔画书写变异的因素主要有：汉字方块形体的要求，汉字整体趋向匀称平衡性的要求，手写体的影响，速写、便写的要求，汉字书写工具的变化对笔画形变的影响以及部件形体之间的相互影响。这些因素并不是单独起作用的，很多时候是这些因素相互影响、共同发生作用的。

In the process of components composing characters, because of all kinds of reasons, some strokes of character components will change them inward form. Some changed strokes are necessary, but some are not necessary. If the changing in the strokes are out of regularity, it must be impose on people’s memory of studying Chinese characters. Now, an important question of changed strokes is short of regularity. Another question is that there are a great many of strokes that are lacking of regularity. These characters have an serious effect on standardization of Chinese character form. So if we want to strengthen the standardization of Chinese character form, we must strengthen the regularity of the change in the Chinese character strokes.This paper will make use of the knowledge of Chinese character studies, analyze the regularity of the change in the Chinese character strokes by splitting the 20902 Chinese characters in the 《GB13000.1character set》.This paper will discuss in accordance with cross, vertical, skimming, point, turnback five sorts .Discuss every small kinds of Chinese character stroke changes, pick up the characters which strokes are changed, sum up the conditions and regularity in the changing of Chinese character strokes. And pick up the Chinese characters which stroke changes are out of regularity. We hope our works can give a hand to the criterion of Chinese character form.We think, to be exact, the change of stroke is happen in the parts of Chinese characters, not in the components of Chinese characters. The factors of the change in stroke is Chinese character’s square shape, the symmetry and balance of the Chinese characters, handwritten, quick sketch and convenience when writing Chinese characters, the writing tools, and the interrelationship of the parts in Chinese characters.
