随着社会的不断进步，党和政府全面推进国家治理体系及能力的现代化，体现了国家对创新社会治理模式，保证社会平稳健康发展的决心。我国是一党执政的国家，党在国家各个层面的管理方面发挥着绝对的领导力，因此社区治理工作的关键在于党建工作，在新时期下，国家和社会对社区党务工作的方式方法及服务效果提出了新的要求。 1987年，随着社会工作专业开始进入到中国的高校教育当中，正式开始了社会工作在中国的本土化，社会工作者广泛服务于社区治理、社会救助、残疾事业、青少年服务等各个领域，取得了巨大的成就。近年来，在我国较为发达的地区，已经开始将社会工作的专业方法运用到社区党建之中，并取得了一定的成果，如江苏无锡泰伯三社区构筑“党建＋社工+X”模式、深圳布吉街道党建社工项目等，为社会工作介入到社区党建工作的提供了案例依据。 本人所实习的北京X社工机构在承接朝阳区党建任务的过程时，大量将社会工作的专业方法应用到党建项目当中。依托实习期间接触到的“服务型党组织活力提升项目”基层社区党建工作案例，本文较为系统的分析了机构如何将社会工作的方法应用到党建项目之中，并对介入过程和效果进行了专业性的评估与反思。随后，笔者系统的探讨了社会工作的个案工作方法、小组工作方法和社区工作方法介入到党建项目服务工作的方式，另外，通过研究表明，相对于传统的党建工作模式，社会工作方法的介入可以发挥出巨大的优势，主要表现在服务问题的多样化、服务内容的个性化、服务内容的个性化、综合化的服务资源利用等四个方面，但是，当前仍然处于社会工作方法介入到党建工作的开始阶段，存在着一些问题，包括社会工作者专业水平尚需提升、社区居民参与水平较低、社会工作的角色困境等问题。最后，笔者在政府、社会、社区、社会工作者四个层面提出了完善社会工作方法介入到社区党建工作模式的改进建议。

With the progress of the society, the party and government promote the modernization of national governance system and national governance capability comprehensively. It reflects the country's determination to innovate the mode of social governance and to keep healthy development of society. Community is the foundation of social composition, with the breakup of the "system of units", the community began to take on more diversified social functions. Innovation of community governance is very important for building a harmonious community. China is a one-party state, the Chinese communist party as the ruling party in China, the country played an absolute leadership at all levels of management, So the community governance is the key to the party’s construction work. Under the new period, the state and society have put forward new requirements for the way and service effect of community party affairs. In 1987, with professional social work entered into the Chinese education of colleges and universities, the localization of social work in China is started. Thereafter, social work is widely used in community governance, social assistance, disability, youth services and other fields. It has played a very important role with the community harmony. In recent years, the more developed areas in our country, it has begun to apply professional methods of social work into community party building, also achieved certain results, such as the "party building + social work + X" mode created by Jiangsu, Wuxi and Taber, party social work project in Buji street, Shenzhen, etc. it provides case basis for the social work using into the community party’s building work. I have an internship in Beijing social work institutions in X, a large number of professional social work method is applied to the construction project in my internship experience, it has got the good result. in this paper, I systematically analyzes the mechanism about how to apply the method of social work into party construction project, the effect of the intervention process and professional evaluation and reflection. Then, the author discusses the case of social work of system work, group work and community work methods in party construction project path way, in addition, through the study shows, compared with the traditional mode of party construction, methods of social work intervention can play a huge advantage, mainly displays four aspects: the diversification of service issues, the individuality of the service content, personalization of service content and integrated service. However, there are some problems because of the current method is still in the social work intervention to the start of the party construction, including social workers professional level still need to improve, the low level of community residents to participate in, issues such as the role of social work. In the end, the author puts forward a method to improve the social work intervention in four levels, government, society, community, social worker ,to community party construction mode of Suggestions for improvement.
