本研究基于交际翻译理论，从目标译语读者的角度比较中英文字幕文本的异同并分析国产动画《大理寺日志》字幕中语气助词翻译的特点。此外，本研究根据交际翻译的定义和要求，综合比较了《大理寺日志》字幕中不同的翻译方法。本研究旨在分析字幕文本中语气词的特征和不同语气词的数量，归纳语气词翻译技巧，以丰富此领域的相关研究，为动画字幕翻译中翻译效果的提升与改进提供一定的视角。

The theory of communicative and semantic translation put forward by Peter Newmark, a prominent English translator, is an extension of the conventional translating concept. According to Peter Newmark, semantic translation attempts to render the exact contextual meaning of the source language semantically while communicative language attempts to reorder the form of sentences to make it more accessible for the target language reader.

This study aims to analyze the feature of modal particle translation in the Chinese Animation White Cat Legend based on communicative translating theory, comparing similarities and differences in Chinese and English subtitle texts from the perspective of relative target readers. In addition, the comparison of translating methods in the subtitle of White Cat Legend and requirements in communicative translation is also considered in the study. According to the theoretical guidance of communicative translation, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of mood particles and the number of different mood particles in subtitle texts, and summarizes the rules in order to enrich relevant research in this field and provide certain perspectives for promoting translating effect in animation subtitle translating.
