在开放科学背景下,产生了一种新型出版物——注册式研究报告。为了探究科研人员对注册式研究报告的接受度与哪些因素有关,本研究采用问卷调研的方式,面向北京8所双一流建设高校的中级职称及以上的在职教师收集数据,以整合型技术接受与使用模型为基础,构建了科研人员对注册式研究报告的接受度模型。经过一系列分析,发现科研人员对注册式研究报告的接受行为意愿受到注册式研究报告为科研工作带来绩效提升的程度、使用注册式研究报告的容易程度的影响,而与身边重要的人是否使用注册式研究报告带来的影响关系不显著,且科研人员认为注册式研究报告为科研工作带来绩效提升的程度会在模型中起到中介效应。除此之外,性别、职称、学科领域这3个变量也起到调节模型的作用。 |

Under the background of open science, a new type of publication, registered report, has emerged. In order to explore which factors are related to researchers' acceptance of registered report, this study uses questionnaire survey to collect data from the on-the-job teachers of the intermediate title and above of the intermediate title in 8 “Double-First Class” universities in Beijing, and constructs a structural equation model of researchers' acceptance of registered report based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. After a series of analysis, it is found that the willingness of scientific researchers to accept the registered report is affected by the degree of performance improvement brought by the registered report and the ease of using the registered report. However, there is no significant relationship between the use of registered report and the important people around. Moreover, researchers believe that the degree of performance improvement brought by registered report will play a mediating role in the model. In addition, gender, title and subject also play a moderating role in the model. |
