本研究试图通过?化史的研究路径，结合政治?化、?较政治、 政治社会学和?乐社会学等多学科的研究?法，通过对所所选取五个 国家在特定政治变迁情境之下政治?乐和国歌变迁的案例考察，揭? ?化象征在现代公共?活和私?领域中的重要作?，分析不同社会政 治背景之下，统治当局在?化象征符号的选择过程中做出的不同抉择， 讨论?化象征符号、?份认同和政治变迁之间的复杂关系。本?的主 要结论如下： 1、在现代世界中，选取特定的?化象征符号作为国家和政治共同体 的标志已经成为通?做法，?论是新建?的政治单元，还是要维系统 治的既定政权，从国际和国内两个维度，都需要以国旗、国歌和国徽 等为代表的?化符号系统。 2、?乐在?化象征符号与现代政治共同体认同关系的研究中有独特 的地位，它兼顾了以旋律唤起内?情感的?理学和社会学研究视?， 又因为许多歌曲歌词所传达的具体信息，成为?本分析的重要对象。 3、?化象征符号与现代政治共同体之间的关系，在政治变迁发?时 最为凸显，???，政治变迁常常通过创造或改造来建构?套新的? 化象征符号，另???，既存的?化象征符号也会在政治变迁过程中 也会产?正反两种效应。

By a series of case study focusing on the national anthems of five countries, using cultural history as the narrative approach while borrowing theoretical tools from political culture, comparative politics, political sociology and music sociology, this study aims to illustrate the importance of cultural symbol in modern public realm and private life. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1 、 Choosing certain cultural symbols as the sign for corresponding community has already became a standard convention in modern world. Both newly established regime and old regime wishing to maintain its status will put this system into use in domestic and international activities. 2、Music has a unique place in the study of the relationship between cultural symbols and modern political community. The melody could be regarded as a mechanism in terms of emotional invoking under the perspective of sociology and psychology, while a lot of lyrics offers us a key to understand the specific political values and intentions they embody. 3、The relationship between political community and cultural symbols can be observed most clearly under circumstances of political change, when new symbols are created and old ones need to find ways to exist by adopting new values or rewriting the inner meanings.
