本文是北京市教委项目“北京民俗数字辞典与相关基础研究”的子课题 。其研究个案是北京著名的历史行业——雕漆行业，主要从行业技术和行业文化角度来分析北京城市社会变迁。本文尝试从民俗学的角度切入，并辅以人类学、社会学、考古学等视野和分析手段，通过查阅地方文献、工商税务档案、参与观察以及对雕漆行业的工匠进行访谈的田野作业方式，试图在了解和描述雕漆的工艺过程、艺术风格、传承制度、流通方向等内容的基础上，梳理出雕漆行业发展的历程，雕漆技术的文化意义，行业内部文化内涵。通过运用数据库手段处理清宫造办处档案和北京市政府档案及行业技术文献，建立起便于保存和使用的北京传统雕漆行业文献资料系统，同时获得雕漆行业发展的清晰脉络，并以此为切入点，进入田野调查，结合访谈者的口述材料，试图建构北京雕漆行业的发展历程和现状，分析社会变迁下的北京雕漆行业, 完成雕漆行业个案的调查研究。全文共分三部分，首设绪论，末置附录，正文三章。第一章，北京传统行的资料搜集、整理与数据库，说明北京传统雕漆行的资料搜集、整理与数据库的基本内容，从资料类型、资料性质、资料整理与数据库录入等方面，阐述北京传统雕漆行数字辞典编写的资料基础。第二章，北京传统雕漆行资料的数据处理与数字辞典，讨论北京传统雕漆行数字辞典的数据处理原则与方法等问题，探索数字化技术应用于北京传统雕漆行数字辞典的逻辑思路与操作流程。第三章，北京传统雕漆行现代传承的个案调查，对北京传统雕漆行数字辞典民俗志词汇所承载的工匠技艺传承、作坊行业民俗文化传承的具体个案支撑。本文的主要观点是，清宫造办处雕漆行的传统技艺和工匠民俗，在北京得到流传，但也有变迁。通过民俗志的描写，并用数据库和数字辞典的方法记录这种传承和变迁，有利于增加对北京雕漆行传统手工技艺民俗知识的了解，加强对优秀民族传统工艺的保护意识，并且拓展技术民俗学的研究。

This thesis is a sub-topic of “digital dictionary of Beijing folk culture and related basic study”within the framework of Beijing Municipal Education Commission project. And the case of this thesis is the industry of carved lacquer which is one of the most famous traditional industries in Beijing. Mainly from the technology and culture of this industry, I try to analyze the social change of Beijing. From the perspective of Folklore Anthropology Sociology and archaeology, I reviewed the local literature, and also get materials through the participant observation. In these materials, we can not only understand the method and process of carved lacquer manufacturing, but also the history significance and internal relation of carved lacquer. Through the way of establishing database, we handle the Zaobanchu Archives of the Qing Imperial and the Archives of the Beijing Government and other materials which relevant to carved lacquer in order to build the Beijing traditional carved lacquer profession material system which can be saved and used conveniently. And then I can get the clear history of this industry’s development. I take all above as the beginning of my research work, and then do the fieldwork, combine with the oral information of the respondent, analyze the carved lacquer’s development under the influence of social change and complete the research of the carved lacquer industry as a case.In addition to the introduction, conclusion and the appendix, this thesis consists of three main chapters. In chapter one, the thesis provides the basic content of collection, sorting and the database of Beijing traditional carved lacquer profession data. From the perspectives of the data type, nature of information, data colletion and data input, the author describes the information preparation to write Beijing traditional enamel profession dictionary. In chapter two, the author discusses appendix the principles and technique in data processing of Beijing traditional carved lacquer profession dictionary and explored the logic an operating procedures of the digital technology used in Beijing traditional carved lacquer profession digital dictionary. In chapter three, the author takes the specific case to combine the ethnography vocabulary to handicraftsmen’s skills heritage,workshops profession folklore cultural heritage in Beijing traditional carved lacquer profession digital dictionary. The main point of this thesis is to study the carved lacquer profession in Zaobanchu of the Qing imperial household department. The traditional technique and folklore has transmitted and changed in Beijing, the author writes the ethnography to record the transmission and change through the methods of database analysis and digital dictionary to deeply investigate the traditional handicraft skills of Beijing carved lacquer profession, and arouse for the attention of the protection of the traditional technique as well as expand the study of traditional technique and folklore.
