办人民满意的教育,是坚持为人民服务的表现和重要途径,时代要求我们在幼有所育、学有所教上持续发力,而幼儿园教师是决定学前教育质量的关键因素,成为“四有”好老师是众多的奋斗目标,家长作为教育的重要利益相关者,在教育事业中扮演着重要的角色,家长在教育事业中扮演着重要的角色,从“四有”好老师的视角研究幼儿园教师在家长心目中的形象,是时代的要求,对指明幼儿园教师的前进方向,对学前教育事业的发展具有十分重要的意义。本次研究采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,通过访谈法、问卷调查法等方式分别调查了21位和201位家长,在“四有”好老师视角下,从家长主体总结分析理想与现实情境的幼儿园教师形象。研究结果表明:(1)受访父母期望理想情境下幼儿园教师在理想信念,道德情操,扎实学识,仁爱之心等方面都表现突出,其中更为重视教师的道德情操层面,即能否做到为人师表等;(2)家长感知到的现实的幼儿园教师形象差异较大,主要分为两部分,一类是在道德情操等底线层面和扎实学识等其他层面都表现不佳的教师形象,另一类是在各层面都能基本满足家长期望的教师形象,同时在各层面不同项目间也存在具体差异;(3)笔者结合家长建议和文献梳理得出现实中的幼儿园教师向理想情境中的教师形象看齐可从三方面入手:尊重家长对幼儿教育和幼儿园工作改进的重要话语权;建立和完善幼儿园教师培训机制,帮助教师实现专业发展;促进家园社协同共育,多方位提高幼儿教育质量。 |

To provide education to the satisfaction of the people is the embodiment and important path to serve the people. The study of the ideal and realistic image of preschool teachers in the eyes of parents from the Perspective of Teachers with Excellence in "Four Aspects" is a requirement of the times and is of great significance in indicating the way forward for preschool teachers to contribute to the development of preschool education.The study used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. 21 and 201 parents were surveyed through interviews and questionnaires, respectively, to summarize and analyse the image of the ideal and realistic preschool teachers from the Perspective of Teachers with Excellence in "Four Aspects". The results of the study show that: (1) Parents expect preschool teachers to excel in ideals and beliefs, moral integrity, solid knowledge and love, with more emphasis on the moral integrity of teachers, i.e. whether they can serve as a model, etc.; (2)The image of preschool teachers as perceived by parents varies considerably, from those who do not perform well on the bottom line, such as moral integrity, to those who do not perform well on other dimensions, such as solid knowledge, to those who generally meet parents' expectations on all dimensions, with specific differences between different items on each dimension; (3) The author has combined parents' suggestions and literature to conclude that preschool teachers in reality can be aligned with the image of teachers in the ideal situation in three ways: respecting parents' important voice in the improvement of early childhood education and preschool work; establishing a sound training mechanism for preschool teachers to help them develop professionally; and promoting collaborative education between the home and the community to improve the quality of early childhood education in multiple ways. |
