东北地区耕地整体坡度低,且低坡度集中在0.25°以下,坡耕地面积占到耕地面积的56.2%。辽宁省、吉林省和内蒙古地区较黑龙江省坡度大的耕地面积比重更大;东北地区坡耕地的平均土壤侵蚀模数为1607.8t/(km2.a),整体以轻度侵蚀和中度侵蚀为主,长白山地区的中山低山区及低山丘陵区的坡耕地侵蚀严重,极强烈侵蚀和剧烈侵蚀比重大。在大于0.25°的坡耕地上布设三种水土保持措施,成果显著,且证明修梯田是保土效益最大的保土措施,但是成本高、工程量大。

In the northeastern region, the cultivated land has a low slope and the low gradient is below 0.25 °. The proportion of cultivated land in Liaoning Province, Jilin Province and Inner Mongolia is larger than that in Heilongjiang Province. The average soil erosion modulus of cultivated land in northeastern region is 1607.8 t / (km 2.a), the erosion of the sloping land in the low mountain and low hilly areas of Changbai Mountain is serious, and the erosion and severe erosion are significant. There are three kinds of soil and water conservation measures on the sloping land of more than 0.25 °. The result is remarkable, and it is proved that the repair terraces are the most effective soil conservation measures, but the cost is high and the engineering quantity is large.
