大学生作为特殊的社会群体，具有文化水平高和创造能力强的优势，承载着家庭、学校和社会的期望，更是国家的未来和希望。近些年来，在大学生群体中频繁发生的负面事件，引起了社会的广泛关注和深刻反思。究其原因，这些问题都与大学生心理健康素质、心理承受能力有很大关系。为使大学生在一种和谐的心态下顺利完成学业，走上工作岗位，需要社会各界的关怀和支持，更应该开展相应的工作。高校在做好大学生思想政治教育工作的同时，更要积极开展健康教育和心理引导，以解决大学生遇到的心理和思想问题。在党的第十七次、十八次代表大会报告中，心理疏通和引导连续出现两次,对高校思想政治教育心理引导工作的开展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。思想政治教育心理引导是解决大学生心理问题和思想问题的重要举措。本文从问题的提出、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法等不同角度阐释该研究的重要性和可行性，解读思想政治教育心理引导的内涵和外延；通过对当前大学生心理和思想发展变化的现状分析，指出大学生存在的问题并分析原因，提出以马克思主义关于人的本质和全面发展、唯物辩证法关于解决矛盾的理论、心理学关于人的需要和发展理论为心理引导机制的理论依据；以党和国家的政策以及大学生发展的实际情况为构建心理引导机的现实依据。心理学对知、情、意等心理过程的研究和引导为心理引导机制的构建提供了可能，最后，提出了完善思想政治教育心理引导对策并构建心理引导机制，具体策略是建立大学生心理危机引导中心，完善思想政治教育心理引导的对策，构建思想政治教育心理引导机制。本文以马克思主义基本原理为指导，运用文献研究法、比较法、案例法等综合研究方法，对大学生思想政治教育心理引导机制进行较为细致的研究，以达到丰富思想政治教育学科理论，提高大学生心理健康水平和心理素质，实现大学生全面发展的目的。
