赴泰汉语教师中国志愿者作为文化传播的使者,在与泰国人的交往过程中,也会遇到跨文化冲突带来的困扰,这些困扰也能反映中泰两国人民在交际中存在的问题。本研究以泰国龙仔厝府向日葵国际语文学校为例,结合访谈、观察、文献分析等研究方法,对该校志愿者与泰国学校、同事、学生之间发生的跨文化冲突案例进行了整理与分析,对引起中泰跨文化冲突的原因进行了探讨,并基于泰国文化和跨文化理论提出了相关建议。 本文共分为七个部分:第一章是绪论,该部分介绍了本文的选题缘起和研究意义,然后综述了跨文化交际的相关研究,奠定了本文研究的理论基础,接着介绍了泰国龙仔厝向日葵国际语文学校的概况,并展示了本文研究的设计方案。第二至第四章将志愿者与校方、志愿者与泰国同事、志愿者与泰国学生之间发生的冲突案例进行了归类与分析。第五章则集中分析其他类型的案例。第六章试图寻找志愿者与泰国人发生跨文化冲突的主要原因,并提出了相应的应对策略。最后一部分对全文进行总结,分析了本次研究的不足之处,提出了相关改进设想。
外文摘要:
As the cultural exchanging messengers, Chinese volunteer teachers working in Thailand will meet some problems caused by intercultural communication conflicts, when they communicate with the Thai. These problems can also reflect some problems in the intercultural communication between Chinese and Thai. With the interview, observation and document analysis as the main research methodologies, this research collects and analyses the intercultural communication conflict cases between the volunteer teachers and the school leaders, between the volunteer teachers and the Thai colleagues, between the volunteer teachers and the Thai students at Sunflower Trilingual School, and then explores the causes of their conflicts. And based on the exploration of causes, this research puts forward some suggestions to deal with the conflicts, with the Thai culture and intercultural communicative theories as the theoretical foundation. This article is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the origin of the choice of this topic and the significance of this research, and then summarizes the researches related to intercultural communication, which are the theoretical foundations for this research. And it also introduces Thai Sunflower Trilingual School and demonstrates the design of this research. The following three chapters classify and analyze the conflict cases between the volunteer teachers and the school leaders, between the volunteer teachers and the Thai colleagues, between the volunteer teachers and the Thai students. The fifth chapter focuses on other types of cases. The sixth chapter summarizes the main causes of intercultural communicative conflicts in these cases, and puts forward corresponding guiding strategies. At the end of this article, it summarizes the main ideas of this article, analyses the deficiencies of this research and proposes an improvement tentative plan.
