近年来,高校学生评教的可信度和有效性受到越来越多的质疑,国内外关于高校学生评教现状的研究也随之增多,但大量的研究都是用思辨的方法,归纳评教体系中存在的问题,分析可能的影响因素,而忽视了评教的主体学生。本文通过对北京师范大学本科生的调查研究,尝试从高校学生参与评教的动机的角度,对影响学生评教的因素进行探究,并据此提出相关的对策建议。

In recent years, the reliability and validity of student evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities receiving more and more questions, domestic and foreign research on the present situation of college students' evaluation of teaching is also increased, but much research is the dialectic method, induction problems in teaching appraisal system, analysis of possible factors affecting, while ignoring the subject of evaluation of teaching students. Based on investigation of the undergraduate students of Beijing Normal University, try from the perspective of motivation of University students participation in evaluation of teaching, to explore the factors influencing students' evaluation of teaching, and to make relevant suggestions accordingly.
