教育是一种基于信念的文化活动,教师信念直接决定着教师对教育教学的认知、理解和感悟,直接影响着教师自身的教育实践。在现代信息技术迅速发展和素质教育的普及过程中,信息技术与课程整合是促进我国教育信息化和素质教育发展的关键因素。但在实践中发现,尽管多数教师对“整合”持积极的态度,但实际教学活动却与之存在矛盾,而这种教师信念与实践的不一致可能使整合理念无法得到很好的实施。为从实证角度揭示教师信念对信息技术与语文课程整合的影响,本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,对贵州省贵阳市12所中学的107名教师进行了调查,依据研究结果给出结论和建议,以期通过提升教师信念来促进整合实践,为教师个人及管理者提供参考建议。

Education is a cultural activity based on the belief, teachers' beliefs directly determines the teachers’ cognition and understanding of education and teaching, directly affects the teachers' educational practice. With the rapid development of modern information technology and the popularization of quality education, the integration of information technology and curriculum is the key factor in promoting educational information and the development of quality education in China. But in practice, although most teachers have positive attitudes of curriculum integration, the teaching activities are inconsistent with that, and this may cause the effects on integration of information technology and curriculum far from satisfactory. In order to investigate how teachers' beliefs influence the integration of information technology and Chinese Course, this study adopted questionnaire survey and interview in Guiyang, 107 teachers from 12 middle schools were investigated. On the basis of the results, the study try to come to the conclusions and recommendations in promoting teachers' belief and the integration practice, and provide reference and suggestions for teachers and administrators.
