       当事人的改变是心理咨询的重要目标。当事人如何与咨询师进行交流协作从而在咨询中取得改变,诸多理论对此提出了不同的假说和构想。国内外研究者基于同化模型和治疗性发展区的理论假设,从咨询效果、当事人改变过程、咨询流派及具体疗法等方面对咨访双方如何交流协作促进当事人的改变进行了深入讨论。
       本研究从咨询师这一变量入手,对同化模型和治疗性最近发展区的理论假设进行检验补充,按照治疗性协作编码规范和流程,选取1例新手咨询师与1例资深咨询师的咨询逐字稿,运用个案研究和内容分析的方法,分别进行了以下三个研究: 
       研究一:新手咨询师好效果案例同化进展的个案研究。
       为了解来访者在新手咨询师的帮助下如何得到改变,并从咨询师变量对同化模型的理论假设进行检验,本研究选取1例由新手咨询师完成的好效果案例,运用同化分析对个案逐字稿进行研究。结果发现:1.三对内部声音:来访者呈现出三对不同的内部声音,分别为“期待完美”与“包容接纳”、“被动等待”与“主动争取”、“顺应外部需要”与“尊重自己想法”。2.同化过程轨迹:前两对的同化过程呈螺旋式上升并在咨询结束时达到同化阶段的较高水平,最后一对在咨询中途达到较高水平但未能维持,在咨询结束时落回咨询开始时的同一水平。
       研究二:新手咨询师与资深咨询师之间治疗协作特点的对比研究。
       本研究基于治疗性最近发展区的理论构想,按照治疗性协作编码规范和流程,对1例新手咨询师与1例资深咨询师的好效果案例逐字稿进行内容分析。旨在比较不同资历咨询师的治疗协作特点,以期对咨询实务的开展和新手咨询师的专业发展有所启发。结果发现:1.治疗性交流:新手咨询师与资深咨询师的个案在最近发展区连续体的各个区段上均存在显著差异。新手咨询师则更多让来访者处于治疗性发展区内或超出上限,而资深咨询师的介入更能帮助来访者产生更接近治疗性发展区上限的回应。2.咨询师介入:新手咨询师使用挑战性介入的频次大幅多于资深咨询师,使用支持性介入则明显少于资深咨询师。3.来访者回应:来访者主要都给予了确认性回应,但新手咨询师个案中来访者不确认性回应显著多于资深咨询师个案。
       研究三:高低同化发展水平的治疗协作特点对比研究。
       本研究意在探索来访者问题经验同化进程与治疗协作类型之间可能的联系,采用同化分析和治疗性协作分析的研究方法,对研究一中完成同化和未完成同化的问题经验主题逐字稿进行对比分析。结果发现:1.同化结果:完成同化的问题经验主题中的治疗性交流类型比未完成同化的更加丰富,来访者治疗性最近发展区也更多位于“确认-可忍受冒险”区段。2.高低同化水平:完成同化的问题经验主题中,低同化水平中更多落在“确认-安全”区段,高同化水平中有更多落在“确认-可忍受冒险”区段;但未完成同化的问题经验主题中,治疗性最近发展区各个区段均无显著差异。

       Change of the clients is an important goal of psychological counseling and treatment. Many theories have proposed different hypotheses on how to achieve change in consultation. Based on the theoretical assumption of assimilation model and therapeutic development zones, researchers have discussed how to promote change from perspectives of counseling effectiveness, process of change, counseling schools and specific therapies.
       To understand the mechanism of change and explore the characteristics of therapeutic collaboration, this study use the method of case study and content analysis to conduct 3 studies below:
       Study 1: A case study on the assimilation progress of successful cases of novice counselors
       In order to understand how clients can make changes with the help of novice counselors and test the theoretical hypotheses of the assimilation model from the perspective of counselor variables, this study selected 1 good effect case completed by a novice counselor and used assimilation analysis to study verbatim. Results showed that: 1. Three pairs of internal voices: clients presented three different pairs of internal voices, namely "expecting perfection" and "accepting tolerance", "passive waiting" and "actively striving", "conforming to external needs" and "respecting one's own ideas". 2. Assimilation process: The assimilation process of the first two pairs spirals upwards and reaches a higher level in the assimilation stage at the end of the consultation. The last pair reaches a higher level in the middle of the consultation but fails to maintain it, and falls back to the same level at the beginning of the consultation at the end of the consultation.
       Study 2: A comparative study on the characteristics of therapeutic collaboration between novice and experienced counselors
       Aim of this study is to compare the therapeutic collaboration characteristics of consultants with different qualifications and provide inspiration for the development of consulting practice and the professional development of novice consultants. Based on theoretical concept of the therapeutic zone of proximal development, this study conducted a verbatim analysis of a good effect case of 1 novice counselor and 1 experienced counselor. Results showed that: 1. Therapeutic communication: Significant differences exist between the cases of the novice counselor and the experienced counselor in various segments of the zone of proximal development continuum. Novice counselors tend to place visitors within or beyond the therapeutic development zone, while the intervention of experienced counselors can help visitors generate responses closer to the therapeutic development zone limit. 2. Counselor intervention: Novice counselors use challenging interventions much more frequently than experienced counselors, while using supportive interventions is significantly less than experienced counselors.3. Client response: clients mainly provided confirmatory responses, but in the case of novice consultants, clients had significantly more unconfirmed responses than in the case of experienced consultant.
       Study 3: A comparative study on the characteristics of treatment collaboration between high and low levels of assimilation development.
       To explore the possible relationship between the process of assimilation of problem experience and the type of therapeutic collaboration, this study conducted a comparative analysis on transcripts of Study 1. Results showed that: 1. Assimilation result: Collaboration types were more diverse in the theme of completed assimilation problem experience than those of incomplete theme, and the therapeutic proximal development zone was also more located in the "confirmation-tolerable risk" section. 2. High and low assimilation levels: In the themes of completed assimilation, there were more "confirmation-safety" in low assimilation levels and more "confirmation -tolerable risk" section in high assimilation levels. However, there was no significant difference of therapeutic proximal development zone among different segments in the incomplete assimilation theme of problem experience.
