诺贝尔奖是当代科学界最具权威性也是认可度最高的一个奖项。诺贝尔自然科学奖也代表着当前科学界最前沿和最突出的研究内容。并且，获得诺贝尔奖的科学家们进行科学研究的历程属于科学史的一部分，科学史恰恰是生物学学习中必不可少的重要组成。因此，将诺贝尔奖的相关研究成果融入到中学课堂中具有很高的教育价值，有利于培养学生的科学素养。新课程改革背景下，要求学校和教师要积极的开发优秀的校本课程资源，努力为学生创造更多选择和发展的机会。因此可以将校本课程这一课程形式作为载体，把有助于实现课程标准的优秀课程资源整合到实际教学当中。本研究的主要目的是完成《细胞生物学研究与诺贝尔奖》这一中学校本课程的初步开发。主要的研究成果分为两方面内容：一是进行初步的课程设计，包括撰写课程内容大纲和对应的教学大纲，找到与高中生物的知识点关联；二是在前面工作的基础上完成校本课程教材的初步编写，教材以细胞生物学领域诺贝尔奖得主的科研历程为主要的知识背景，教材共六个专题，每个专题都由导入、发现历程、影响意义、拓展阅读等几部分构成，内容丰富。教材编制完成以后给出使用建议，收集几位职前教师关于教材修改的建议。通过本研究获得的教材和课程设计等相关内容可以对现有的课程资源加以补充，为科学史的撰写提供借鉴，为推动基础教育改革贡献力量。

The Nobel prize is one of the most authoritative and recognized awards in the contemporary scientific world. The Nobel prize in natural science represents the most advanced and the most prominent research content in the scientific field. In addition, the process of scientific research is a part of the history of science. Therefore, it will be of great value to improve the students' scientific literacy by integrating the relevant research achievements of Nobel prize into the middle school classroom. Under the premise of the new curriculum reform, schools and teachers should actively develop excellent school-based curriculum resources, and strive to create more opportunities for students to choose and develop. Therefore, the school-based curriculum can be used as a carrier. We can integrate the excellent curriculum resources which help to achieve the curriculum standards into the actual teaching. The main purpose of this study is to complete the "cell biology research and the Nobel prize" in the secondary school curriculum development. This study is divided into two aspects. The first one is to complete the preliminary compilation of the school-based curriculum materials. The other one is on the teaching content according to the curriculum design in the corresponding basis, writing corresponding teaching syllabus, teaching materials are given recommended. Through the research of the teaching materials and curriculum design and other related content, we can supplement the existing curriculum resources, provide reference for the writing of scientific history, and contribute to the reform of basic education.
