2013年，以金融创新、推进中国经济转型为目的的上海自贸区成立，2014年，以深化内地与港澳合作为主要目的的广东自贸区成立。发展至今，两者已成为中国经济金融改革的引领者和探路者，为中国提供了不少经验。上海和广东也在建设中获得了进步，拥有更加成熟的体系，发展了更先进的科技。但是，上海的负面清单依旧有过于保守的缺点，广东也存在改革停滞不前的问题。对此，建议上海加大金融开放程度，广东可以尝试建设更成熟的港口中转业务，并加大港澳企业合作、人才接纳的力度。

In 2013, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was established with the aim of financial innovation and the promotion of China's economic transformation. In 2014, the Guangdong Free Trade Zone was established with the main purpose of deepening cooperation of Mainland with Hong Kong and Macao. Up to now, the two have become the leaders and pioneers of China's economic and financial reforms, providing China with much experience. Shanghai and Guangdong have also made progress in self-construction, had a more mature system and developed advanced technology. However, Shanghai's negative list still has the disadvantage of being too conservative. Guangdong also has problems with the stagnation of reform. Regard to these problems, it is recommended that Shanghai increase its financial openness. Guangdong can try to build a more mature port transit business and increase the cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao enterprises and attracting more talents.
