生态产品被定义为生态系统通过生物生产和与人类生产共同作用为人类福祉提供的最终产品或服务,是满足人类美好生活需求的生活必需品。黄土高原是黄河流域重要生态安全屏障,生态建设规模大、历时长,是我国生态产品研究的重要案例区。已有研究针对黄土高原生态产品进行价值估算、权衡关系识别和供需关系评估,但较少对生态产品价值流动的研究,更缺乏对地市级尺度流动的关注。本文选择黄河中游的六个城市作为研究区,通过模型法估算2000年和2020年黄河中游地市部分生态产品物质量,利用市场价值法、影子工程法、预期收益资本法等估算产品价值,并量化生态产品价值流动的空间分布。结果表明:研究区2020年生态产品总值为1167.53亿元,比2000年增长987.5亿元,其中95%的增长价值来源于物质生产服务;产水服务、土壤保持服务以及防风固沙服务均有显著提升。从生态产品价值向域外的流动来看,物质生产和防风固沙服务价值流动与区外人口数量相关,西安市是收益最大的城市;用水量较大的郑州市、济南市等受到的产水服务流动价值较大;土壤保持服务的流动与河道长度相关,离研究区最近的三门峡市受到的贡献最大。本研究为量化生态产品价值流动提供一个思路,可为黄河流域生态产品供需关系、生态补偿等领域的后续研究与实践提供借鉴。 |

Ecological products are defined as the final products or services that ecosystems provide for human well-being through biological production and in conjunction with human production, and are essential goods to meet human needs for a better life. The Loess Plateau is an important ecological security barrier in the Yellow River Basin, and the ecological construction is large in scale and long in duration, so it is an important case study of ecological products in China. Studies have been conducted to estimate the value, identify trade-offs and assess supply and demand for ecological products on the Loess Plateau, but fewer have studied the local and municipal scales, and there is a lack of flow studies on the value of ecological products. In this paper, six cities in the middle reaches of the Yellow River are selected as the study area, and the quality of some ecological products in 2000 and 2020 in the middle reaches of the Yellow River municipalities is estimated by the model method, and then the market value method, shadow engineering method, and expected return capital method are used to estimate the product values and quantify the spatial distribution of ecological product value flows. The results show that the total value of ecological products in the study area in 2020 is 116.753 billion yuan, which is 98.75 billion yuan higher than that in 2000, of which 95% of the growth value comes from material production services; water production services, soil conservation services, and wind and sand control services have been significantly increased. In terms of the flow of ecological product values outside the region, the flow of material production and the value of wind and sand control services is related to the number of people outside the region, with Xi'an being the city with the greatest benefit; Zhengzhou and Jinan, which use more water, receive greater value from the flow of water production services; the flow of soil conservation services is related to the length of the river, with Sanmenxia, the city closest to the study area, receiving the greatest contribution. This study provides an idea to quantify the value flow of ecological products, which can provide a reference for subsequent research and practice in the fields of supply and demand of ecological products and ecological compensation in the Yellow River basin. |
