随着社会的不断发展,对教育质量的评价已不再仅仅围绕学生的学业成绩,学生的生活满意度受到广泛关注。学生很大一部分时间生活和成长在学校之中,他们的生活满意度受到来自重要他人教师的影响。教师支持如何影响学生的生活满意度,其作用机制是什么,综述相关文献我们发现,教师支持影响着学生的学校归属感,而学生的学校归属感又是影响学生生活满意度的重要因素。

为验证教师支持如何影响学生的生活满意度,并分析学校归属感是否在其中发挥了中介作用,本文借助PISA2018中国四省市的调查数据,以PISA2018所调查的中学生为研究对象进行分析。运用线性回归分析的方法探究了教师支持对学生生活满意度的影响,以及学校归属感的中介作用。为防止数据嵌套所造成的估计结果偏差,同时运用多水平分析方法对结果进行了稳定性检验。研究结果显示:(1)教师支持正向影响中学生的生活满意度;(2)教师支持正向影响中学生的学校归属感;(3)学生学校归属感正向影响学生的生活满意度;(4)教师支持通过影响中学生的学校归属感进而影响中学生的生活满意度,即学校归属感在教师支持与生活满意度之间起中介作用。同时,我们还发现,学生的教师支持水平在大城市、其他城市与城镇、乡镇与农村三者之间依次降低,以及学生家庭社会经济地位对学生学校归属感和学生生活满意度的正向影响可能是由于学生的家庭社会经济地位影响了学生受到的教师支持水平等。

因此,要想提高学生的生活满意度,教师要加强对学生的关注和关怀,以增加学生的学校归属感,也可以通过缓解学生压力、改善学校氛围等来改善学生的学校归属感,进而提高学生的生活满意度。此外,教育要追求公平,还应当关注城乡之间的差异,如教师支持水平的差异等。在面对不同家庭社会经济地位的学生时,教师应当一视同仁,给予同样的耐心和关怀,提高学生的生活满意度,最终,推动我国教育质量向前迈进。

With the continuous development of society, the evaluation of education quality is no longer only centered on students' academic performance, and students' life satisfaction has been widely concerned.Students spend a large part of their life and growth in school, and their life satisfaction is influenced by teachers from significant other.How does teacher support affect students' life satisfaction and what is its mechanism? By reviewing relevant literature, we find that teacher support affects students' school belonging, and students' school belonging is an important factor affecting students' life satisfaction.

In order to verify how teacher support affects students' life satisfaction, and to analyze whether school sense of belonging plays an intermediary role, this paper takes the middle school students surveyed in PISA2018 as research objects for analysis with the survey data of four provinces and cities in China.Using the method of linear regression analysis, this paper explores the influence of teacher support on students' life satisfaction and the mediating role of school belonging.In order to prevent the deviation of the estimation results caused by data nesting, the stability of the results is tested by using multi-level analysis method.The results showed that :(1) Teacher support positively affected middle school students' life satisfaction;(2) Teacher support positively affects middle school students' sense of belonging;(3) Students' sense of belonging to school positively affects students' life satisfaction;(4) Teacher support affects the life satisfaction of middle school students through the influence of school belonging, that is, school belonging plays a mediating role between teacher support and life satisfaction.At the same time, we also found that the students of teacher support level in a big city and other cities and towns, villages and towns and rural between reduced, in turn, as well as students' family social and economic status of students in the school students sense of belonging and life satisfaction of positive influence on social and economic status may be due to the student's family the teacher support level of the students, etc.

Therefore, in order to improve students' life satisfaction, teachers should pay more attention to and care for students, so as to increase students' sense of belonging to school. They can also improve students' sense of belonging to school by relieving students' pressure and improving school atmosphere, so as to improve students' life satisfaction.In addition, to pursue equity in education, we should also pay attention to the differences between urban and rural areas, such as the differences in teachers' support levels.Teachers should treat students of different socioeconomic status equally, give the same patience and care, improve students' life satisfaction, and finally, push forward the quality of education in our country.
